“I was greeted as I entered the store, The sales person showed me the computers, but when I told him I was visually handicapped, he showed me a bigger screed computer that would be helpful for me to see words and pictures. The next day I brought in my old computer and the technician transferred my info and picture to the new computer. I really love the bigger screen now. I can read much easier now.”
“FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address and the person at that address gave my package to the local Allegany post office. The Allegany post office kindly delivered my FedEx package to me! FedEx sucks, I always use USPS when I have the option. In this case, the sender didn't give me a choice.”
