ATE THE BILL FOR THE REPAIR TO MY BRAKES, AND FIX THEM BEFORE YOU EVEN TOLD ME ABOUT IT. WHICH WAS FINE WITH ME AT NO COST TO ME.

He was exceptional and went beyond the call of duty. Not only pulling us from the ditch, but he put himself at high risk beyond the job requirements. He took a call and came up a treacherous mountain road in snow conditions with a base layer of ice.
He not only used professionalism, kindness, patience and compassion; he also stayed with us all the way down stopping at multiple points to get out of his truck and walk back to teach us how to properly descend that specific section of the pass. He taught and guided us to the bottom safely, every step of the way.

“Kelly was an absolute blessing this past week! Wrecked my car, she was there quicker than I expected. She also figured out a ride for me and my two kids since my car had to be towed and I didn’t have anyone to come get us. Her communication has been great all week between taking my calls and dealing with me and her talking to the insurance. She even called to let me know the insurance company had taken the car and to check on me and give me an update. She’s the best I’ve dealt with!”

He was the nicest, easiest going guy I may have ever met. The 20 minute ride to the garage was enjoyable as I chatted with him.
