Also did a few extra special things for her that was much appreciated. We had a big rain fall after we got it back and she was so happy it wasn't raining in her car anymore.

“Found a vehicle I like on FB , from direct auto & trailer sales. Vehicle was like it came off showroom floor. It is a 2008 so I'm figuring some rust , there was none. Everything worked as should. Even came down on price to help me with my budget , which price was already set below nada guidelines.As of today sales staff has been very kind an was will to help in anyway with credit union. I gave a deposit today and will finish purchase tomorrow or sat depending on work. “I wasn't sure what to expect in calling Butchko Brothers, but, in the past, calling garages can be tricky. People either are short and rude, or not helpful. BUT - the man who answered the phone was EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL. I was just calling to inquire about what to do about a wrecked car situation, and he walked me through all the possible options. Very calmly, not patronizing, or dismissive - and it was so refreshing! We ended up selling them the car, and the ladies handling the paperwork were super helpful; even took the time to explain why towing costs what it does - transparent, and even with the busy holiday season, able to help us out. I HIGHLY recommend Butchko Brothers whenever you are faced with a need for car parts or salvage.”
