Robin took time to help me order the parts and they arrived today. Although used parts, they were much better than I expected. Reasonable price, reasonable shipping and great customer service. While I don't hope my old machines break, when I need parts again, they will be my 1st stop. You can't put a price on honest, quality service these days.”
