“These employees don't realize how much this interaction meant to me, but I feel so compelled to leave a positive review. I am moving from NH to NC by car. During the journey my car has developed some problems and I have unexpectedly spent hundreds in hotel and mechanic fees. I am completely out of cash and have a money order I have been trying to cash in every state from NH to PA. Nobody has had enough money to fulfill the money order. I first went to a location up the street and instead of turning me away, the lady behind the desk called this location to ask if they would have enough and they did. They helped me so efficiently and now I will be able to sleep in a hotel tonight instead of in my car in the cold. I am so grateful to these staff.”

“Just had excellent customer service. I had an Amazon package waiting for pickup. The young lady called the carrier to see if it was on his truck. It turned out that it was put in the wrong bin. She could have gave me a number of excuses and had me come back, but she made sure I got my package instead.”
“We're a small town with a lot of people and only one Post Office. Despite the majority of Post Office's being understaffed I've never walked right in and had to wait for someone to help me. Staff here is friendly, welcoming and always ready to help!”
“As a business, we rely on the daily mail... both incoming and outgoing. After our completely awesome regular mail carrier (Bob) left, we really suffered. Our mail service became erratic. Sometimes we would only get one or two pieces of mail, or mail after hours, or mail shoved through the mail slot during business hours, or no mail at all for days. We're a business. We need someone to come in and check regularly for larger outgoing packages that will not fit into the outside blue mailbox. This went on for months. Then we got Lindsey! Her very first day she walked in and smiled; she said she'd take care of us and ANYTHING we needed, she would help us with. She also said she would be more than happy to swing back around and pick up any additional packages that we might have that needed to go out. Since she's been on our route, the mail comes regularly, reliably and with a smile - every day! She's everything a good postal carrier should be and more. She goes the extra mile. Thank you Lindsey! “Karen and Beth are amazing, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. Postmaster Cathy was none of the above, but now that Cathy is gone, i haven’t had a bad experience since. Cathy should not be in customer service, one of the most rude and nasty individuals i have met. Only time i ever did have a bad experience was when she was around.”
