I don't know what happened to this store. They used to be good. I called 4 times before I received a call back. Then they changed my appointment time the day I was to pickup my tablet many times. The sad part is when I received my tablet back it wasn't fixed and they told me it was. They are having some health issues but they need to remember they have a business to also. I had poor customer service and will not be going back to them. This is sad because I liked them and they did help me in the past.

Don is great at what he does and has very reasonable prices. He's the only person I take my computers to.
