I came here Wednesday with my man and we pre-ordered a shower surround wall set we are remodeling a bathroom, they don't have them in stock at the store they said by Friday it would be in no problem, so I prepaid in full and asked the older guy if it would fit in an SUV because if not I will have to make arrangements otherwise, he assured me no problem it would fit in my car. Friday comes I go to pick it up and they said go ahead and pull out back and I pull my car out back and the older gentleman is standing next to my shower walls and said "is this some kind of joke" and he shakes his head proceeding to tell me I'm stupid if I think the shower walls will fit in my car. I explained I lost my father earlier this year and usually he would be the one to help me haul this stuff but I had no one other than myself to haul it. A younger gentleman named Jeremiah came back and made it a point to say "I can deliver it, the manager is here till 5 is that okay?" The older guy proceeded to say "I don't know that's above my pay grade" and just stood there angry with this situation shaking his head, The young guy went and got it approved through the manager and went out of his way and drove a little over 20 miles to deliver this to my home. I am beyond thankful for him or else I wouldn't be able to get my shower started today. That man needs a raise, really helped me out especially with everything going on this year losing my father. I give 4 stars due to the old gentleman but a 5 star to Jeremiah!!! We need more workers like him in this world.

Immediately greeted upon entry to the store. Assistance was offered. The associate walked me to the item I was looking to buy. He loaded it. Took me to the checkout and then loaded it into my car. Great service.
