While the most expensive wash option does a better job, some find it does not completely clean the car, leaving bugs, soap film, or requiring a re-wash at home. The touchless bay may leave a film, but the soft-touch brush bay cleans better. The lot is awkward with limited space to wax, and equipment like vacuums can sometimes be broken.

Received the $12 wash and it didn't do a terrific job. The local owner contacted me and he made it right the following day by providing me a free top of the line wash. The most expensive $15 wash did do a better job. Overall pleased with the communication of the owner.

Owner responded promptly to a machine problem and gave me a complimentary car wash. Very professional management.

Had a minor issue with my recent car wash but was able to work things out with the owner and will definitely be going back.
