My package was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago BUT it shows that someone, NOT ME, requested a hold. I have tried to contact FedEx to find out who requested the hold and why. I can't get past the automated system to speak to a PERSON because it just keeps saying my package is on its way to its destination but it clearly is not. When I track the package with the tracking number it says it's on hold. WORST COMPANY EVER!

My leopard gecko arrived, and he was perfectly fine. The packaging looked good, and the customer service at the facility was friendly.

Essentially holding my package hostage since mid-April 2025. It's been two weeks and they were supposed to return it to seller so I can get my refund. Yet, they have not and I am without almost $200 I paid for a package they decided to NOT DELIVER. You cannot reach anyone at this physical location. You get a call center with agents who do not want to help you but just want to get you off the line ASAP. The worst experience ever.

They keep giving me a delivery date and tracking says it’s out for delivery, then at the end of the day update the package saying it was delayed. My package has to be signed for and I have stayed home two days waiting for my package to sign for that never arrives. I needed the product days ago and was assured it would have been here and it’s still 3 days late (today is Saturday) and tracking
has updated expected delivery for Monday.

This site has now sent at least three packages to be delivered for my business back to the sender. For some reason every other FedEx office and shipper can deliver our packages properly, but not this one. OH and there is no direct phone number to call them and they don't call us to give a reason for why they send back packages.
The most recent package has now been delayed two days with a lie about "Future delivery requested" even though no one at my place of business or the shipper has made this request.

Shipped ahead and requested hold for pickup. Received packages earlier than if I would have shipped to final destination. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Very friendly and courteous staff, outgoing and inbound shipments handled with the utmost care, with speedy service. Everything one may need packaging-wise is in the front room as you walk in ahead of the counter. Will use this as my go-to!

There's a 1 in 6 chance of a package disappearing when being delivered by this location and that number jumps to 50/50 chance if the delivery date falls between Fri - Sun. When you finally get a hold of someone after battling the computer they have for their phone system their response is always, "Just tell the place to send you a replacement."
