First you try to deliver to the wrong house. Then you say you tried to deliver today but say no one was home, yet I was home ALL day waiting on you. Now I have to wait until Monday, yet I needed this item THREE DAYS AGO.
You never deliver to my house. Usually to the neighbors. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!?

This was my package, the actual picture the FedEx person posted. Typically they deliver it at my house on the porch, back very level 100’ shared laneway. But not this time. They delivered it out along the road under a bush laying in the melting snow/wet grass. This was special diet dog food, not cheap, and not available around my area, and could easily be stolen, water damaged, or tore into by animals.

Keeps delaying my packages due to weather but are delivering neighbor's packages, literally driving past my house, then proceeds to lose 2 of my packages for over 24hrs with no one knowing what happened to them, called customer support several times and no one will tell me what the hell is going on with my packages and why they can't or won't deliver to my house, says they will call back later with details but then never call back, won't give me any options for pick up or any other way to obtain these packages, said packages have been practically getting transported from Duncansville throughout Cambria county each day for the past week, this is bullshit, at least give me a reason why you can't deliver so I can try to do something about it

For everyone who had a missed delivery or a missing package or just some delivery related issue. Fedex delivery drivers are not fedex employees, fedex contracts it's delivery service out, if you would rather pick up your package, you can just go to the facility, ring the intercome buzzer and pick up your package. There is also a number available to the public to the office, and you do not have to go through corporate. Most of the 1* reviews I've read are just people who don't know you can just go get your package, and you can call the office. If you have a problem with your driver, call the office and complain and ask for the contractors name and business number so you can take your issue up with the drivers boss.

Drivers keeps throwing Packages and some of Our packages have breakables such as trinkets etc.. or liquids in them like (shampoo's, Body washes, etc.). I have seen them throw our neighbors packages also quite a few times

I am now up to three packages in the last month that were returned by this FedEx office to sender. I am not sure what the problem is with this office and why they won't deliver my packages. Unfortunately there isn't even a phone number you can call other than the large corporate office.

My package that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas has been sitting at the local FedEx facility and they can’t do anything about it because it’s past the escalation time. Very frustrating and does not make sense of why my package is just sitting there not being delivered.

Ridiculous. I was not at home for signature, so I paid for appointment delivery on the weekend, and it just doesn't come!. I have to call and FedEx says, maybe it will come on the next Monday. They are still not sure what the .... this Center is doing. Yeah, maybe, I hope. They didn't have any door tag, and the FedEx website is so hard to use, to reschedule delivery or whatever. I made a call to FedEx number and the stupid AI assistant just cannot recognize the tracking number... All ridiculous for FedEx
