About The Salvation Army Thrift Store & Donation Center
The Salvation Army Thrift Store & Donation Center is known for its cleanliness and organization, often described as better than many retail stores. Customers appreciate the friendly staff who offer assistance and engage in pleasant conversations. However, there are some concerns regarding the way clothing is sorted, as items are organized by color instead of size, making it difficult for shoppers to find what fits them quickly. Some customers have also noted issues with staples used on clothing, which can damage delicate materials. While some shoppers leave without finding what they seek, they still rate the store highly for its overall atmosphere and service. Donations are sold to support Adult Rehabilitation Centers, providing help and hope to those struggling with addiction.
Prices are OK. Books are $0.99 for paperbacks and $1.99 for hardbacks. DVDs/CDs are $1.99 for each disc. So if you find a box set that contains 8 discs they want $16 for it. Other than that pricing is a little high but somewhat reasonable.

The ONLY reason I'm not giving a 5 star is I HATE the way they sort clothes, by color and not size. I don't want to go thru ALL the clothing, just what will fit me. Other than that, I would shop there much more!
