Bought a pellet stove was very good customer service was prompt and knowledgeable. Ordered thru website was very easy. Delivered in Little over a week on timely manner. Merry driver to unload he was great and local man that was nice. Fired it up next day working great made in USA by USStove.com would highly recommend. May replace our insert pellet stove and will buy from them again. Thank You

We have been going to the Tractor Supply Company in Altoona for years. They are amazing and always provide excellent service. The employees go the extra mile to ensure you are treated like a friend. We love this place.

The unloader really hates working. He turns away trucks after the manager says they can unload in the morning. He won't do a lick of work until it's the exact millisecond of the appointment time.

Kimberly at duncansville location needs training on working with customer service, made be feel belittled in front of other customers, I will never shop again at this location when someone like her is running a register, not polite and made us to look like a complete fool. Very upset!

Ordered an e-gift card on March 3 and had contacted and got hung up on and then emailed twice. Finally got an email of my e-gift card today on March 7 - very very unhappy and will find someway to get rid of this so I never have to shop there again
