Checked in at 9:15 AM for my 10:00 AM appointment. Loading was done by 11:30 AM, so the timing was decent. However, the lady at the shipping office was extremely rude and had a bad attitude for no reason. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially in this industry.

Very rude woman doing check in. Seems to be a on going issue. In 30yrs of driving I've never seen such a nasty person. Got here early and was loaded early. Besides dealing with broomhilda at check in it wasn't to bad.

Firstly Park your truck at Parking Area and then go for check in. They assign me a dock on the spot and loaded within 1 hour.
