I so wish that I had read the reviews about this location before I decided to save myself two minutes by going here instead of the Exton location. After unloading two small kids from my car and my package I entered the completely empty store. When the man at the desk came out and looked at my package and QR code I was met with “the system just reloaded. It will take 15-20 minutes” and a shrug. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and I don’t believe at all based on other reviews about this worker’s behavior that this was actually the case.

This post office was amazing when Tom was there. He was seriously the BEST. Always courteous & polite & helpful if needed. We miss him so much. The older man who replaced him is absolutely awful. Doesn’t respond to customers - literally ignores you if you say “hello” or “thank you” or even ask a basic question. Doesn’t scan pre-labeled packages & is seemingly ANGRY at you when you enter the post office to - you guessed it - mail things. I can’t believe someone like him got the job over other people who had to have been more qualified. I love USPS but this new appointment was a huge mistake.

Have been going here for years. Tom was Awesome!! The older guy that replaced him is terrible. So Rude. Extremely unprofessional. Definitely has a need for Anger Management!!

The elderly guy with glasses and greasy come over who replaced the energetic positive energy post master is disgruntled and NEVER greets customers. In a dozen times I’ve been to this location, not once I got a meek Good Morning.

Absolute disgrace. Can't wait until people get smart and privatize this despicable "service." Imagine intentionally mumbling so people don't hear you, trying to start an argument with a customer because you're unhappy with your job. Shame on you.

One of the best post office locations I have been to, and I frequent regularly as it's the closest one to where I live. The young man who's always working when I go is always super friendly and knowledgable about shipping and postage. Things get shipped out super quickly from the location too, very efficient and accurate.

Uwchland Post Office tends to be quick and efficient. They are well stocked and staff are extremely knowledgeable. Keep up with the hard work.

Very nice Post Office. Small, friendly, efficient, and helpful. Went there at noon on tax day, and there were only two people in line, and the wait was less than a minute. Be sure to check their hours as they are not opened between 12:30 and 2:00 PM, and close at 4:30 PM on weekdays and 11:30 AM on Saturday.

I recently relocated, this post office has become my main shipping point. I previously had issues with other offices, slow scanning and rude employees. I enjoy being able to drop all my packages off with no flaws, amazing customer service and speedy service! Overall my favorite post office to ship from.
