Our Rav4 was damaged so we went to multiple auto collision shops to get estimates. Moppert Brothers gave us the best estimate so we decided to go with them.
Steve was very responsive with answering our questions and concerns while also handling any updates from insurance. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs repairs done.

My experience with Moppert Brothers Auto was great. The team was very friendly, helpful, and professional. As soon as Nationwide identified Moppert Brothers Auto as the preferred auto repair shop, I received a call to schedule an initial appointment. They were very efficient in identifying and documenting the damage. I quickly received a quote via email. After dropping off my car, I received a number of status updates. My car was repaired and ready for pick up as promised. It was washed and ready when I arrived. I would like to thank the Moppert team for their great work.

Steve was very nice and helpful in explaining the process of the repairs. He answered all questions and keeps me updated every week on the repairs process. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs repairs on their vehicle.

Steve and Lindsay were extremely polite, courteous, organized, efficient, making hitting a deer a pleasant surprise. Called within the hour of initial claim to set up estimate (bring it in in 15 min), sent estimate quickly, scheduled it at my convenience and told me when expected to complete. Work was done within a shorter time period than expected and Steve communicated that as he knew. They were wonderful. Work is great. And they initiated rental car and made it super easy.
Total recommendation but hopefully won't need their services any more.

Couldn’t imagine taking my car anywhere else. Steve and his team at Moppert Bros. at Eagleville are incredible, and the work they’ve done on all of my vehicles speak for itself. If you need body work done, Moppert is the place to go.

I recently needed a new Auto Body shop to get my wife's SUV fixed when she had been rear ended in a recent accident. We had been using another servicer, for years and recently had not been able to get in touch with them and constantly getting the run around.
I called into the shop one day and spoke to Lindsey who was very warm and receptive and made me feel welcome right from the get go. She scheduled me for an estimate fast and quick. I thought about going to another shop or two for an extra estimate or two but after the first call, never felt there was any need to go further.
Steve then led the way in getting me schedule for the work in a few weeks. I felt valued as a customer and the process was easy peasy lemon squeasy! The work was fantastic and the car was also cleaned and washed when I got it back the same week.
Steve and Lindsey, it was a pleasure! Hopefully we do not have any collisions or damage to get situated in the future, but you guys have a regular customer starting now! The fact that you are right down the street from me kind of helps as well! I wish all service establishments were as professional, courteous and sociable as you all! Keep up the great work!
