This has to be the WORST giant location i have ever been to. I was disgusted when i heard the way that your managers are speaking to the employees. They was a chubby middle aged woman calling one of your younger employees stupid and calling him useless. I wasn't able to catch a name for this woman but another employee told me she was one of the higher up managers. This explains why everyone that works there looks so miserable all the time. Do better.

I had been trying to get a medication through the big chain pharmacies in the area who wouldn’t answer their phones for hours and when they did, didn’t want to assist with the steps to complete my preapproval for it to be covered. Someone’s recommended trying Giant and they were AWESOME my medication was ready within 20 mins of me calling and that was including them working with my insurance to make sure the preapproval was completed correctly so the med would be covered. They also were so pleasant on the phone too.

I’ve been going to giant pharmacy and shopping at giant for my food. Andrew and Lauren are the greatest. Anyway they can help you they will. Does not matter how long or how many people they have to talk to to get the job done they do it. You guys are lucky to have them working in your establishment. The only thing bothers me is that I miss Nancy who worked in the pharmacy. She was a very nice lady. Sorry she isn’t there anymore. But Todd also does a great job. Your friend Sandra Myers

I never would have thought about reviewing a grocery store, and truth be told this isn't really about the items this store offers but more a warning to check your receipts --religiously-- when shopping here. I apologize for not issuing this sooner but, again, I never thought about reviewing a grocery store before. Here goes... I noticed a while back that my receipt was wrong. Okay, people make mistakes. I called the store manager and was told to come on back and get my money refunded for the items I was charged but didn't purchase. So the next time I went, I made the effort to check my receipt again, and low and behold, not only were there errors on there again, but even the math itself failed to add up to the amount they'd charged me - this doesn't seem like a mistake to me since a computer has to be programmed to do the math. No biggie, says the manager, come on back and get your refund. Now I have to take serious note to check my receipt every time and over the years, more often than not, I have to make another trip back for the refunded over-charge. Yesterday I chose to go there since they almost always have the produce I was in need of, and I picked up a few more items since I was there and it buys me several more days before I have to go to another store later in the week, but I know enough after countless times to put the receipt on top of the desk instead of away because I have to check it as part of the Giant shopping experience! Guess what? I'd purchased 2 packages of meat and placed each in a clear meat bag, which seemed to give the cashier quite a problem trying to get the price bar scanned through the plastic, and upon my inspection sure enough, she'd charged me twice for both packages, doubling my meat purchase with the stroke of a wand in a time where I don't need to tell any of you no one needs to pay more for our already inflated food costs, but come on, how much double gas in an inflated theft at the pump time we're living is acceptable? Why must every trip to the grocery store not only double your receipts but also the gas? Sure, I called and the manager said "no problem, come on in and tell them I said to give you your refund", but this IS a problem. I now tell everyone to check their receipt for both the proper content and math because this is basic business practice here and I can't imagine the extra millions they can be pocketing for nothing by those unsuspecting consumers who just pocket or toss their receipts without checking. Happy shopping, people; and keep your eyes wide open!

This store has really slipped quite a few notches in terms of quality, cleanliness and service in the past few years. Seeing some goods past their expiration date still on the shelves. The aisles are always jammed with junk cardboard or makeshift displays. Makes no sense when there are a number of empty store shelves that they could easily clear the aisles. I understand that shelve space is usually contracted / dedicated for particular products, but given the supply chain issues, they are never filled - so why not use the space in the meantime? It would really open up the floor space and remove the general clutter and safety hazard it has become. The Deli Kiosk has lunch meat products listed which are no longer available. The Kiosk doesn't say that when keying an order in. It's when you go to pick up your order that you are told the item is no longer available or carried by the store. The customer service desk used to be top notch back in the day, but sadly, has become hit or miss at finding someone to help when needed. Lastly, double-sided cart corrals have been removed and replaced with single sided versions. I don't mind walking extra to put the cart back, but when the corral gets filled and backed up, it becomes a safety hazard for cars backing out or pulling into those lanes. Hoping the management team there takes the opportunity to review and remedy some of these issues. Their customers deserve better.

I grew up around this Giant since my parents' house is pretty close by. There is plenty of parking and all the essentials. They also sell beer and wine ..there is a limit though. I went with my bf and we each had to purchase a case, we couldn't have 1 person purchase both cases, so just fyi! There is a beer distributor nearby but this is just convenient esp if you are shopping for food. Prices are pretty decent and on par with items sold at the walmart (which is located in the shopping center across the street). I recommend registering for a Giant Rewards Card, it's free to sign up and you can get discounts. Staff is friendly and although the place is not very modern, it is clean! There is a self checkout line which really helps too! I usually come at night like around 7pm and there isn't too many people so you can take your time etc.

Update: they lost power the night that Hurricane Ida came through and the nasty lady in my review below told me that they put all of the food in the middle of the aisles. This is really dangerous because I bought Hatfield Canadian bacon last Saturday and when I pulled it out of our fridge, the day after we bought it (we did Not lose power) it was slimy! I also later that day tried one of the chobani yogurt and it was bad, I was sick to my stomach all day after just taking one bite. I am absolutely blown away at the lack of safety at this store. I did use the link that the owner gave me below and surprise, it didn't work!! I'm writing this review for all of you that shop there hoping that nobody has gotten sick while this Giant had food in the middle of the aisle while they waited for the generator to be delivered. (Also received that info from the nasty blond haired lady at self checkout, who was all too happy to tell me that Giant is only her part time job.) My husband and I were shopping and the blonde haired lady at the self checkout said that the four chobani that rang up wrong were not taken down from last week. She gave me a hard time and gave me one for free and the other 3 yogurts at the "correct" price. It's a shame to lose customers due to .49 difference in price. If the price is marked wrong in the store you should honor that price, it's not the customers fault. The worker also took down all of the prices so we had to wait for her. The people that work at the Phoenixville Giant are so nice and helpful, it's worth the extra few minutes to go there. My husband and I spend lots of money every week on groceries and the Audubon store lost our business.

Andrew is the best! I’ve used giant pharmacy for a long time and despite many issues with medication renewals sent through the system electronically and Insurance back and forths, Andrew is always on top of it, he’s funny and he’s very pleasant! Todd is super friendly and efficient also!

Customer service is rude and won't honor coupons on the Giant app. For some reason, there is a 24 hour limit on the coupons chosen? I've never been notified of that. Now I'm being forced to return to the store to claim my coupons and receive a refund even though they could've provided the refund right then and there.

My issue is with the pharmacy. Not that the store doesn't leaves a lot to be desired especially the deli and some of the checkers. Seems they hate their jobs.I was using the pharmacy for the first time since my drug plan uses Walmart and giant as preferred providers. drop off first using a good r/x card the script cost me 11 dollars versus Riteaid 88 dollar's. The lady behind the plexiglass window with a small cutout at bottom is hard of hearing or something. Turned into a loud conversation in crowded store yelling my personal info what happen to hippa law.I finally stopped the the insanity and gave her my license,Medicare card.ins. Card and my prescription card.(they need to build a consultation room to protect customers rights) They filled the script in a couple day.went to pick up meds and brought two other scripts with me to price check. Told me the only way to quote price was they needed the script transferred from Riteaid to them but could not do it that day. She told me this 6 times she must think I am senile. Transferred script then was told that they would have to fill to give me price. What a bait and switch tactic if I ever saw one. Will not be using them again. Buyer be ware.

Giant Direct Powered by Peapod is a joke. We placed our very first order on Sunday for a Tuesday delivery between 3pm-5pm. Figured we would give it a try. Got the text at 3:30 that driver is on their way. At 5pm I called the company and asked what's up. We were planning to make dinner and head to my sons baseball game with some of the items. Lady said they would now be there between 6:30-7pm. I called at 7:15 and she said we are 2 stops away. I told them to shove it the driver never called me and I got to keep calling the company half hour each time on the phone . I don't trust them or the driver who can't make a courtesy phone call. They just playing games with you. I ended up missing my sons game and the order never came. Big joke like I mentioned. Zero stars for Giant. Giant lost our business.

If I could give my experience at the Giant deli in Audubon 0 stars, I would. My dad and I came in today. The moment we walked in we got some fruit and veggies and went straight to place our order for 1lb of cheese -that's it. We decided to finish our shopping while we waited for the order to be complete. It took them OVER 25 minutes to get cheese ready. My dad and I came by twice to see if it was ready. The second time we stopped to check, there was cheese that we thought was our order. My dad was trying to look and read on the receipt. One of the women was so nasty to us, especially to my dad. He was only checking the order and she made a huge deal out of it and said "don't touch that" and "don't move that" in such a nasty way. A younger woman asked what my order was and I couldn't remember but I knew it should have already been finished. I told her an approximate number of 34 and she said "well I'm working on order number 31 and 32 right now. Be patient. It takes a while". We didn't even say anything at all about them needing to hurry up. It was a simple check. We waited an additional 5 minutes and and this point I was overly annoyed and I finally had it. We grabbed cheese from the pre packaged station and we left. After we spent $100 and got everything in our car and left, I only THEN got the message that our order was ready. I for one will never be shopping at that deli again. I have always had a bad experience there but this was by far the worst. All they ever do is talk and complain to each other and nothing gets done. We are in the middle of a PANDEMIC. I don't exactly want to be waiting inside of a store full of people for over 25 minutes because they can't seem to get their acts together. It was absolutely unacceptable the way we were treated today.
