I'm really disappointed with my recent haircut. The cut was uneven and looked rushed-honestly, it ended up looking worse than before I walked in. I expected a basic, clean cut, but what I got was sloppy and poorly done.

Horrible, She did not cut my hair the way the picture looked and what I asked for. She didn't even see if both sides where even. She asked me is it was good I said, it is ok I guess, she had 4 other seniors waiting for hair cuts. She seemed like she was rushing me. Never trimmed the back of my hair to take the dead ends off. . I will never go back there. She said , she cut hair for 5 yrs. Not happy at all.

Love my haircut from Christina, as soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and got me in right away. I love my haircut. I’ll be coming back from here on. She made me feel very comfortable. Very nice woman.!

Lol idk why I thought great clips was a good choice. Maybe it’s because I’ve never been upset with a haircut in my 20 years of being alive. And I’ve been to so many great clips I thought y’all upheld a decent reputation. But naw. Reputation goes down the drain if you go to the Norristown location. In the time my girlfriend got her ends cut the other stylist managed to do a full haircut on me. We were there for about 7 minutes. Both of our haircuts are messed up. The lady rushed mine so much she cut the hair around my ears a whole half inch ABOVE my ears. She shouldn’t be allowed to cut hair. Aside from that, it reeked like weed. And there is not one part of my hair that’s even to the other side. I’m pissed. Esp since I paid 50$ for no reason. I should’ve walked out.

They spent 5 mins on a women’s cut, not worth $22!!!!! While doing so, another employee was so so very rude to an elderly customer who wanted to pay with coins and rudely refused his tip in coins. Then I tried to defend the man and she was rude to me and walked away!
