Good experience. We rented for approx. 6 months and found the staff always easy to work with. The facility is well maintained and easy to access. Would definitely use again if needed.

Everything was easy from the phone call to me moving my daughter college stuff in her unit. At first, I thought I wouldn’t be able to get a unit because the first one I went to was closed. However, the representative I spoke to over the phone was so pleasant and helpful. She was able to locate another storage location that was near. Everything from there was easy and smooth. Thank you Extraspace!

The facility is clean and temperature control range was perfect. Cole took the time to listen to what I needed and recommended the size unit right for my need. My questions were addressed. The process to access the unit right for my needs. They also have multiple options for contacting them as well as accessing account.

I stopped by to get information on what my passcode is to get entry into the building. Upon my arrival there was a sign to text for assistance. My wait wasn’t very long and I received the requested information after my personal information was confirmed. I appreciate that being protected and the friendly efficient assistance!
