They are extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. The attention to detail is remarkable. They made the process extremely easy, explaining every detail. Customers report a good experience, getting help right away and having a chance to roam the large showroom. The service team is truly responsive, even with last-minute issues and urgency. They correctly diagnose problems and provide trusted service, from cleaning to delivery. They offer high-quality outdoor grills, fireplaces, and patio furniture. Delivery is great, and they make sure items arrive right away. Customers are extremely grateful and highly recommend Salter’s for anyone looking for amazing fireplace service. Malik Smith did a fabulous job cleaning our two gas fireplaces. He was careful, thorough, took care not to get any dust/dirt on anything and was very pleasant and professional. We DEFINITELY want to have him back!!!
