“I was in a rush to get a large format printout and went to the Collegeville store expecting to be able to quickly do it myself. Pat (manager) and Ryan (staff) helped me immensely through the process offering great advise on how best to prepare the materials.
When I was ready to print though, I couldn't do it myself. Pat said they could do so but they had a couple of jobs ahead of mine. Unfortunately, I had to be somewhere with the materials within the hour.
Pat was incredibly generous and dropped what he was doing to print my work. He was finished in about 20 min and I was off to my appointment. My apologies if someone's scheduled work was impacted, but I wanted to recognize the team for their helpfulness and flexibility.
My appointment went very well and the printout was very well received, primarily because of the work of Pat and Ryan.
