Very nice place to store your rv and you don't have to winterize it.

Put my Pontoon boat in over the winter. Used a couple big containers of damp rid, came out in spring with just a little dust, no mildew. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Make sure to schedule in advance as appointments insure smooth and efficient results

This is a review based on the results and condition of our camper after storage at Brady's Bend Underground Storage. While the staff is friendly, the results of their service is questionable. We had our new camper fully winterized before we took it in for storage. Nothing was stored inside the camper that was part of the original equipment. Additional supplies were purchased at Brady's Bend to eliminate any potential moisture.Due to PA COVID19 restrictions, we picked up our camper without any face to face interaction. The camper was filthy. Mold and mildew on the outside and inside of the camper. Damage done to the campers bumper appears to be from the caves ceiling dripping throughout the winter onto the bumper. When I contacted the staff it took them a couple of days to respond. I sent them pictures and their response was - "This never happens...". Well it did. The staff asked me information about what we used to clean our camper and the paint. Completely irrelevant. We had a perfectly new camper prior to taking to Brady's Bend Storage. Although we have cleaned the unit, inside and out, we will now need to spend additional funds to have it professional cleaned and sanitized. We would have been better off if we didn't use their services.I would advise anyone to rethink storing your unit at this place. They are quick to ask more questions and the only offer was to recommend a place to get our camper sanitized at our expense. Not happy campers!

I originally had a wonderful experience because the office staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We bought the trailer brand new in June of 2017 and only went on 3 trips. I brought my trailer to Brady's Bend during the offseason after having my RV Dealer Winterize it. We inspected it when they were done and I brought it directly to Brady's Bend. I had Brady's Bend Valet my trailer in and it was in perfect condition. I picked up my trailer the Monday after Easter 2018. I had them Valet it out for me and I took it home, parked it at my house where it was completely safe from any danger. Unfortunately, I noticed it was wrecked when I took it to my dealer to get it inspected. I never looked it over when I picked it up because I never imagined it would have been wrecked. I contacted Deborah @Brady's Bend and told her my dilemma and she was wonderful to talk to and promised to research the issue. In my opinion, the damage was caused by another trailer because it was caused in the high front portion of my trailer. I am only 100% certain that it was caused at Brady's Bend. Deborah did her research and got back to me at an acceptable amount of time. She did her research and her conclusion was that no one ran into my trailer that was around me. She also assured me that her staff did not wreck it when they valet'd it because she asked them and they said no. She told me she was confident that the damage did not happen at Brady's Bend. If you are curious, my insurance company said it caused $1800 in damage. I will no longer send my trailer to underground storage. They didn't take responsibility for damage caused to my property and you sign it away with the contracts they provide.
