I can recall on two occasions that I either had an issue at the car wash on-site or a billing issue and I called the manager and he was extremely helpful and corrected my issue on the spot. “I never had an issue in the past. The self serve I went to wasn't functioning. I canceled the transaction, resulting in a $20 is pending on my card. I called the number and it doesn't connect to anyone. That's the emergency number. Very frustrating. Luckily, there was an attendee and for some reason he had the magic touch. He explained the pending charge should correct to the minimum of $5, so he put $5 worth of time for me. Very sweet. He turned around my experience. Thank you”

“I can't decide whether it should get 3 stars or 4 stars. It did a great job on my Jeep Gladiator, except it did not clean the back window or the top of the tonneau cover, which is across the top of the bed. I was home when I realized it was still dirty with bird dirt so I drove to a closer car wash and hand scrubbed the dirty parts.”
