“The store itself gets five stars. It is a beautiful store love the selection. The only reason I gave four stars is because the evening staff can be a bit rude. I was there recently checking out 5 minutes before close and they turned the lights off. I'm assuming it was the manager. Not a good look. Makes a customer feel they're unwanted. I had just finished my shift of 12 hours on my feet as a nurse. Like to see how my patients would feel if I did that to them.”

“My husband and I just walked in to this Pharmacy for the first time for our flu shot as a walk-in. They took our information, we signed papers, and got our shot within 20 minutes. They were friendly and efficient. Nick, the pharmacist, was great! I think the pharmacy tech that checked us in was great too!”
“My wife says that their pharmacist makes special efforts to order medications that are free of the dyes that she is allergic to. She also takes the time to thoroughly answer her questions about the drug's side effects. They are quick at filling your prescriptions. My wife received three different prescriptions that were free of charge today. The reason they were free is that we have prescription insurance and she has reached our $2000 out of pocket limit for the year for those prescriptions.”

“I think this pharmacy is outstanding. They have medications on time when I come in and they make long lines go down very quick with professionalism and kindness. They are super friendly and care about you and your meds so you are safe. They always have meds ready and over the counter meds for a good price. They help you out with locked cases even though they don't have keys they page people for you and it takes less then 5 minutes to get someone there.”

“In this day and age, no pharmacy is perfect. However, c v s does make every effort to do a good job. The ephrata store has gotten much better under current management. I enjoy shopping there. And I recommend that if you need your prescription very quickly, you call and let them know that. They are not mind readers and they have quite a lot of prescriptions to fill in a short amount of time, so when a new prescription comes in, they don't automatically know it is a VIP. IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LET THEM KNOW.”
