John noticed a repair part was scuffed after he had re-pin-striped our entire 2018 Cherokee. He asked us to bring it in again to replace it, because he does quality work it only took 10 minutes after the part arrived for a completely finished job. We were happy to schedule dropping off the vehicle after work, and John waited for us at the shop plus he was able to leave the vehicle outside for us to pick it up conveniently after our car was done, "so" accommodating!
