Most recently he diagnosed an issue two other shops missed and charged a fraction of the price. I’d have to disagree with previous review, as I keep track of my vehicles mileage and never had any discrepancies.”

“Beautiful, flawless paint and body work. They make custom panels here and are very good at restoration. They have worked on two of my cars, one of which had wheel wells that were practically falling off of the car before I brought it in. It now looks excellent. They say that one thing you can never expect from a body shop is an accurate date of completion. This place is the exception to that rule. They are very no-nonsense and don't make up excuses or stories.”

“Where has this repair shop been all my life? I have spent years trying to find a reliable mechanic that could work on my 1966 corvette. I found it at Mulleys. Had the car flatbedded to Mulleys. Bruce was very welcoming and introduced me to Joe who would be working on the car. In 3 days it was ready, running like a top! The cost was VERY reasonable. You have got to try this place, it is a hidden gem.”

“I brought my car for an estimate, the people who are working there are all very friendly. The front bumper of my car was hit off in an car accident. The lady who was doing the estimate checked my broken bumper carefully and told me some of the parts still useable to save to my cost of repair. The collision caused my fender being distorted and blocked my driver's side door. Without me asking for it, the shop took an initiative to push the fender back to the position without any charge. Now my door can open and close freely. Thank you, D&R for your exceptional customer service.”

When I told John I could still drive it but it was a pain to have to climb through the passenger side, he was able to squeeze me in for an estimate quicker. They kept me up to date on the repairs and I got my car back better than ever! He even found someone to fix the tint on the front window. “Firstly and most importantly, the bodywork they did was outstanding. They front edge of my hood was crinkled in like an accordion, but they made it new again. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the communication was lacking. They typically update all of their customers on the status of their vehicles every Tuesday and Thursday, but I never got any of those updates. Instead, I found myself calling and/or stopping by twice a week for the 3 to 4 weeks that they had it. Each time I stopped in, someone made sure to mention their 'staffing issues'. I understand that and I certainly can sympathize, but maybe let's not keep telling that to the customers for weeks on end, to the point it begins sounding like an excuse. And when speaking with 2 different employees during the final week or so of them having it, I was given 2 different pick-up dates that were 3 days apart. Also, I thought that the final clean-up before giving it back to me would've been a bit more thorough. The body looked great, but all of the door jambs were untouched. BUT, all in all, they did a great job on the most important thing, and for that I DO recommend them and I WILL happily go back to them the next time I hit a deer. Also, they installed a snap-on piece that I ordered for me. It was just a simple installation but they did it for me and didn't charge me for it. I do appreciate that. Thank you City Collision.”
