The kitchen is trash anymore. I used to work here in 2020 and an order that should've taken maybe 10 minutes to make took 25 minutes with no other orders. Food was not wrapped properly and everything fell out in the bag before we even left the parking lot, missing ingredients on all of our sandwiches, both toasted sandwiches were burnt. I've tried giving them benefit of the doubt but this is the 3rd time that our orders have been messed up and took an unnecessary amount of time.the slushy machine is also rarely functioning. At least the people behind the front counter are polite.

Stopped here at 12:30am. Heading back to Greensburg after a concert in Pittsburgh. Was extremely disappointed that the kitchen was closed. What the heck. Sheetz never closes. Should have just waited until we got to Sheetz in North Huntington. Shame. Cashier was cool though.

Unprofessional. Specifically the 10pm start night shift. On 8/22/2024
Store App was still accepting orders but workers did not want to make it.
I put in an App order, and was told after my order was placed and paid for, the kitchen is closed. Not only did they mark my order as complete(can’t get a refund because it looks like I got my food) they didn’t make my food, didn’t offer a refund, and I watched the Red Curly Hair girl on night shift make a clocked out coworkers food in a closed kitchen.
To the point a different clocked out coworker apologized for the night shift not doing their job.

The Cafe: We always order the same things. Burger, fries or potatoes w cheese, chicken tenders, milkshakes. All perfectly cooked. Best milkshakes around. Fast service even w a lot of orders coming in. Never forgot an item we chose. Decent prices, too.

Quite possibly the grossest get-go of them all. The restroom is incredibly poorly maintained. Floors sticky, smell of piss permeates the air, dried piss on the walls, broken toilet seat, dried blood on the baby changing station which happened to be edited to "baby hanging station", apparently the bathroom cleaning log hasn't been filled out this month today's (11/13/23). The kitchen is closed probably for the best since hygiene is an issue, and the parking lot is littered with old food and garbage. Would not recommend.

HUGE thank you to Devante Smith this evening for killin it in the kitchen. (Sorry if I butchered his name!) Such a genuine guy in the middle of a crazy night after the Suicide Boyz concert, bud powering through nonetheless. Please give him a raise for his speed and his positivity if nothing else. A pay on the back is not enough. We will be back my guy ❤️- 9/16/23

My salad I bought looks like it has been frozen. The lettuce had a lot of wilted pieces. It’s not very crisp and crunchy to bite into. Very disappointing

On NUMEROUS OCCASIONS I order Hot Dogs, but they don't have Hot Dog Buns. On NUMEROUS OCCASIONS I've tried to order other Hot And Cold Food Items and have been told...We're Only Doing Fried Foods...Not Tryin To Do Anything Else...REALLY?!?
