I have dealt with Bruce since 1982 and that shocks me to say that's almost 40 years I have never had an issue with the quality of service, the time that it took or the pricing.

Mixed feelings about this place. They cost less than the local stealerships (Mosites etc) and USUALLY are faster with turn around time. However, it comes at a cost. My front lever brake light switch wasn't reconnected properly. (Not activating because the connector was flipped. Take it out, turn it around, voila, brake light.) I only found this out after 500 miles of riding. My fault for not doing pre-ride inspections, but should I REALLY need to go over a bike that I got back from a reputable shop? Well, I do now. Also, this place pushes steering head bearings like they have stock in the company. I've heard him pushing them on 2 year old bikes with 5,000 miles and all the way up from there. Yet when mine was replaced now the triple tree is marred up a good bit from what tool(s) they it all apart. (This was years ago.) There's just other little bits and bobs that aren't put on properly or weren't put on at all, and having to return for to have things sorted. None of these things were critical. So, I trust the in-depth work they do, but it's like they get done with 'the main thing' competently and then slap everything else back together in 5 minutes and call it a day.So, in closing. A decent shop that once you get the bike home you want to go over your nuts/bolts/fasteners/switches/lights etc to make sure everything is copacetic.Service: Tires

I have used Bruce and his family for at least 20 years . Thy have always been fair and up front with me on repairs and also cost of repairs . So when I see negative feedback . I wonder how those people just did not ask questions or the the shop all the information thy would need to repair there bike . But I would recommend them to any bike owner who want to go to a great family bike shop for repairs or inspection .!!!!!!!!!!!Service: Brake service & repair

Dale gave me my bike back in pieces after I gave him $1,000 to get the bike ready for inspection ( it was a running bike, just wanted it looked over ) . Sat there for 10 months and nothing was fixed or diagnosed on the bike. My brothers friend worked on the bike for a couple hours to get it running again after they tore it apart and stole parts off my bike.

The old lady is a scammer and Dale is a creep. This place is overpriced and I wouldn’t let them work on my kids Baja bikes let alone a real motorcycle. There inspection process is a scam they tell you one thing then switch it up. Place looks like a Garbage Palace. Very outdated and old looking. Better off going to Autozone to get your bike fixed.

Went there to get a bike inspected, newer bike with low miles, told me I needed neck bearings and said it wouldn't pass with out them, next place told me they are perfect and said they do that to get a quick 20 bucks or to get you to spend more money. Was in a pinch, thats the only reason i went there, place is a dump. Don’t take anything there if it’s worth more then a couple thousand.
