The East Norriton branch for the American Heritage Credit Union has been my branch for decades, and I was assisted recently by a very patient and helpful young woman at their reception desk who managed numerous transactions and changes to my account, providing wonderful customer service. Great job!

Visited a few weeks back as I'm a relatively new customer. The branch was beautiful and the tellers/employees were extremely helpful and professional. I used the automated teller, and it was a seamless transaction. Thank you, AHCU!

The women in there were extremely helpful. I even walked out with an additional account which was not my intention. My intention was to get a certain amount a money which I couldn’t get everything I needed at the time. However, they set the expectation that I would get a call next week to get the rest. Lastly, I still can’t get into my account online.

Dawn was amazing! I came in the branch for a replacement card and we ended up talking for an hour about how to help my credit, what benefits the bank offers, the details on FHA and conventional loans, now not to use store credit cards and how to consolidate credit the smart way. Dawn was all around perfect!!!! She explained it very clear and understanding, when I am ready to apply for a mortgage I know who to go see! I will have dawn on speed dial! This branch is always on top of your needs. Never once have I ever sat down to wait always felt like I was a number one priority!

I have used this facility before with great satisfaction! Once I was called today the Representative was good,. However, it took far too long to be served. A distracting, noisy transaction was being conducted in public, which should have been handled in privacy. This caused me to question my decision and lower overall score.
