My husband and I have a formal event to go to soon. We went to goodwill to see if we could find outfits on a budget. We found a decent suit jacket for him and a lovely purple gown for me. When we tried to check out they told us we couldn't buy either item because they didnt have price tags. I asked them to price them and they refused. Even the manager said he could lose his job just for giving us a price. What kind of a store policy refuses to sell items to customers who want to purchase them and what kind of manager can't get a price? The items were right there, wrote were willing to purchase them and they were refusing to sell them. It was so disappointing and insulting. I will never shop there again.

A goodwill store. For the entire family. And home. The discounts depend on the color. If you register. Look for it on the Internet. Register and you will receive information about the discounts.

Wow just wow instead of being greeted the proper and polite way, I was told to shut my car off (as my exhaust tends to bellow) and the dude jumped down my throat saying “We aren’t open for donations…How did you even get in past the cones?” First of all your website claims you are open for donations..secondly your cones were placed with the same lack of care that you displayed and lastly I still believe in being generous when so many others are in need…as for you bro I’m sorry one of those things you need that can’t be donated is some freaking manners.

I’ve gone to this store for the past 2 years, but I will not be back. Prices are high, managers are rude, and they close earlier than their hours say. The store “closes” at 8pm, but the registers turn off at 7:50. At 7:15 I was in the dressing room, the manager knocked on the door and told me I had one minute until they were locking the door. During prior visits, they announced over the loud speaker every 5 minutes that they would be closing in 50 minutes, 45 minutes, 40 minutes, etc. The store is disorganized, some of the clothes are organized by size, others are by color. Many of the clothes are sold at the original value, or just under the original price of the garment. Every time I go back to this store there is a new unpleasant experience. Good luck goodwill. I hope you get some new management soon.

I used to love coming to this goodwill, I moved out of state and make sure I stop by every time i’m home. Went in today and at 4pm they made an announcement saying they close in an hour, so i take my cart full of clothes and head to the dressing rooms just to find all of them locked, they refused to open them stating they couldn’t because they close in an hour, the staff proceed to argue and talk down to the customers trying to try on their clothes so they can make purchases. I left my full cart there and left. Worst experience ever worst staff ever, sadly never going there again.

Was just here over the weekend for the first time in over a year. This use to be my go to Goodwill with friendly staff a good assortment of everything and clean store. They have definitely changed and the quality has gone down. As did the friendliness of staff. My biggest issue was the three older gentleman following my daughter and I around. I’m unsure if they now have secret shoppers to prevent theft? We ended our shopping trip early due to this. There is zero reason that these men were getting so close I could see what they had for lunch in their teeth. Extremely uneasy feeling and Unfortunately, I will not be back to this location.

This is the only donation Goodwill in the location and they don't accept donations? The quality of the items in the store are awful and they should be accepting donations to have better quality clothing compared to other goodwills in the area that have amazing options.

I went to Quest Labs today which is a few stores down from Goodwill, which I haven't been to in years, so I figured well, I am a reseller and a rather broke individual, perhaps I will take a look around. Ugh. What is going ON there? The people that work there are scary and/or insane and item prices are laughable for what they are. When I see Goodwill hauls on YouTube, those people must be in the Pacific Northwest or something, because this wasn't that. First, the children. It's always the children. A little girl riding her bike or a bike (maybe not hers) in the store. Fine, whatever. Said bike had a horn attached. Beep-bee! Beep-bee! Beep-bee! Like for 10 minutes straight. It's a total flashback to when I used to live next door to these two devil spawn who would lock themselves in their father's truck at 6 am every morning and just lay on the horn for half an hour, when they were shrieking. I was looking for frames that I could fit LP covers in but her and lil brother were taking up that whole aisle so I never got to. No one told her to shuddup, not the workers, not her mother. I thought it might be a good place to bring a high school sex ed class to explain why birth control methods besides the wait-n-pray are important. I personally thank god I don't have any kids when i see ones like this. But if I dud have any, they sure as hell wouldn't act like that. I never acted like that. So I walked directly to the next section. Shoes. These shoes I would not give to Goodwill, I would throw away. That is, if I actually owned shoes so ugly. There was a man in the shoe section who did not have Tourette's (no tics, twitches, repetition) and yet spoke like a 6th grader's idea of someone with Tourette's: to himself. "Sh-t these mfers leaving fing shoes... Working at this fing..." He was wearing an employee uniform. So an angry, cursing man, upset that the shoes were messed up, stomped around dropping fbombs while a little girl honked a horn. Hell. I got away from him, went to look at clothes, and there was so much confusion I didn't know where any sizes were or what section i was looking at and no matter how many stains or how threadbare or just ugly the clothes were, they were $7 or $10. I did find 2 circa 2004 pop punk band tour shirts to sell, a set of pjs for myself, and a couple other random things. As I went up to the cashier, I called my Lyft. So understand, it's not like I had a car to take my purchases to. The check out lady looked like someone sat on her puppy. Just miserable, hating life. That's fine. "Do you have a bag?" Uh oh. No, they do not have bags. I spotted an ugly backpack with some local healthcare center name on it. By the material, it was obvious that wherever it came from, it had been free. I spent $5 on this as there were no plastic hangers on the clothes anymore (even Target leaves the hangers on!) and I could not hold both my phone and these clothes and a couple books i bought and my purse and my water while i waited outside fir the lyft. Why not have the $1 reusable bags? Whatever. She seemed so pissed I wanted the bag and she had to count change. This was my first time shopping in person at an actual clothing store since before the pandemic. Boy did I hate this scary angry annoying zombie bike horn land. Oh, and the floor was filthy.

It breaks my heart leaving a bad review but it’s not without countless bad experiences here. My first complaint is that it’s wayyyy too expensive for a thrift store. There are clothes items from shein that would be cheaper if you bought them brand new! They truly need to reevaluate their pricing. Also, the employees just aren’t friendly sometimes. They can be just flat out rude and hostile; sometimes feels like they’re on a power trip. I really wish I wasn’t leaving this bad review. But I’ve truly never been here and had a good experience.
