“I had an 8:15am appointment on a Wednesday for routine lab work before I went to work. I walked in the door and, to my surprise, there was no one in the waiting room. The individual at the front desk asked me to sign in using the kiosk. Her name turned out to be Idreesa, and she was absolutely fantastic. We hit it off right away talking about our shared primary care physician and our happiness with her, her long tenure at Labcorp, etc. She was beyond friendly, helpful, and made the overall experience a good one. She provided exceptional service, which is not always the case at Labcorp (or anywhere for that matter!). Given my experience and the fact that this location is 5 minutes from my house, I will never go to another location. No need to when you have a provider like Idreesa! Please give this wonderful woman a raise because she truly deserves it!”

“I usually have a terrible time getting blood work done as I get nauseous to the point of almost fainting, but at this LabCorp, I had a great experience due to the staff who did the blood work. She was super attentive and was great at distracting me that this is the first time I have walked in and out quickly and without feeling ill. I would definitely go again whenever I need blood work done!”
“Second time here, and I got technician Lisa again! I forgot how nice and vibrant she was and knowledgeable with her job until I quickly remembered. I had an appointment, and she helped me log in earlier on the tablet. She checked vitals and answered all my questions. I appreciate your beside manner, Lisa. “I made my appointment online and ended up getting there roughly half an hour early, but was able to be in and out well-before my appointment was scheduled to begin. Dana was extremely kind and awesome at making the process as simple and efficient as possible.As long as you have an appointment and show up understanding they close at 3, I don't see why you should have any issues here.”
“First time patient at this office. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Front staff was fabulous and Dr. Cavanaugh’s medical assistant (forget her name) is very friendly and outgoing. Quick wait time. After switching to this practice after my previous doctor at another practice left I was very nervous b/c I loved my previous doctor. But I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Cavanaugh! She really listens and explains things to my understanding!”

“I was there in June 2023. I had an appointment and there was no waiting, in fact no one else was in the waiting room. She took me right back and I was out pretty quickly. The tech was kind, professional and I wish I could remember her name to give her positive recognition. It would be nice if they had Saturday hours. Best Quest I’ve been to.”
“I don't know why there are so many negative reviews for this location. Just walked out of a walk-in appointment, 10 minutes in and out. The young ladies here were kind and compassionate, the location is clean and orderly. No complaints and will use again in the future. People complaining about bruising - this is a personal issue based on your body type and veins. The workers do not cause the bruising, this is likely your genetic make-up. The woman who handled my draw was gentle and didn't feel a thing.”
“Came in as a walk in around 4:20 pm on a Tuesday. They close at 5. I sat for about 5 minutes before being called back. The tech checked me in and quickly took my blood. She was professional. She did not say much except what she needed to say. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes.”
“Waited less than a minute after checking in and was out the door within 10 minutes. Staff was great. My third time at this location and my experience has been about the same every time.”

“I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment as requested. Check-in was at a KIOSK, and entering my Appointment Code populated the screen with my information. The screen asked me to "Have a seat" and I did. The Tech called my name prior to my scheduled time, which for ANY Medical Office, was GREAT. The Tech was friendly and pleasant, but best of all, efficient. Unlike some prior reviewers, I wasn't here to gab/ kibbitz/ make a new Facebook Friend, or waste anyone's time yukking it up, I was here to draw blood, and get on my way. The Tech did a SUPER job. I can't stand needles, or watching my blood drawn. She was finished before I knew it, and I told her "You have the touch of an Angle" This was the 2nd time I experienced a FLAWLESS draw, and I recall the first time was HERE last year. I greatly appreciate being serious about your work, doing an excellent job, then on to the next. For the people who need a hug, mindless small talk, or someone falling all over you all the time, I feel bad for you. I you want the BEST Lab Stop, by an expert, with no waste of your time, QUEST Horizon Drive is the place.”

“Quick easy check in. Quick visit with the PA. She listened to my problem and was respectful. She did a chaperoned exam since it was a private concern. Was able to fill the antibiotic prescription right then and there. Was in and out within 35 min. Very pleased with my visit. Would definitely recommend.”
