I’ve had nothing but headaches, stress, and aggravation from PNC since my husband died 1 year ago. It took 9 months and several trips with a lawyer to gain access to bank accounts. I was met with resistance every step of the way, not just with one branch, but with PNC in general. I have never experienced such a lack of communication and transparency with any other bank. They have hidden policies that they don’t disclose until you’re in need of help. Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.

Maybe the worst customer service I received at a bank in general. Walked in to close an account and was told I needed a cell phone to check in the lobby by the manager. Told them I left it in my car with my wife and the teller is rolling her eyes now. I work in the industry so I know how it works, they prefer to virtually check everyone in, but the workers can also do it. Spent about 5 minutes talking before the manager said I can have a seat, as I walk to a seat they are yelling for me and direct me to a banker who was available to assist the whole time. Banker tried to help the situation but in the process made a few jokes about a customer which is a big no-no. Overall, the lady behind the teller line was very poor customer service and the manager didn't know how to handle a situation where a client doesn't have their phone on them. I Don't recommend this branch.

The lady that assisted me Bhargavi was really nice and helpful it was a great service plus she also explain some services that I could do online that are very helpful.

I needed to stop an automatic withdrawal the genius teller did not tell me there was a fee involved.

The worst. If you go in for anything they have you sit and wait for 30 mins while they do nothing. If you call expect to be on hold forever.

Waited a long time to see a banker. Three of them were doing absolutely nothing , displaying total disregard and no sense of urgency. Waisted my time

Although I love the bank and the staff is great, this waiting in the drive through due to COVID IS horrible. At American Heritage, you can go inside. They also have specific lanes for quick deposits or cashing a check. THIS IS HORRIBLE. Again, just one tweek would solve a lot of frustrated customers.

I don't usually bank with PNC banks so I do not have a reason to go to them, but today I stopped in with my grandmother as she did her banking. I was pleasantly surprised to see the bank was a decent size, very clean and friendly and interactive tellers. I might have to stop back to see how the banking services are.

PNC is a great bank. I've been with them for more than 15 years. This location is a great spot. Access is right off Germantown Pike with plenty of parking. The drive thru is two lanes with a drive up ATM. There is also a walk in ATM in the entrance lobby that's open 24/7. Every time I go here the staff is friendly and accommodating.
