Good evening Google Family. I visited after my incredible workout at the Edge Fitness Club in Plymouth Meeting. I had my Rhythm Ride class with my instructor, Catharyn, and I worked out with 15 lbs weights. It was a great time, connecting witih other gym goers. Then I went to Wawa and then I networked with someone in the Wawa parking lot. Alan, purchased Yolanda's book through Cashapp. I was planning to go to Best Buy to purchase another USB plug for my printer. They asked for 3.0. Father God told me to look over yonder and there was Staples, another place that would have a USB. I finished talking with Alan and then I headed over to Staples. I asked an associate and she promptly assisted me. We went to one area and they didn't have what I needed and then we went to another area. They had it, but it didn't say USB 3.0 I purchased it because I can always bring it back in fourteen days if it is the incorrect one. Plus I had $7.00 credit of my rewards which I used. So I only paid $5.29 for it. God is so Good!!! I left Staplesl and headed home. It has been a great day so far. Don't forget to work out, be Healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!

The representatives were all extremely helpful and pleasant. The store manager expedited the checkout process and was extremely courteous in doing so. The store is well set up and very clean!

Rarely ever have a good experience at this specific location other than buying my computer and a box of pencils. Gotten attitude from the associates twice when asking simple questions about products and half the time no one is around to offer customer assistance. Will no longer go to this specific location and recommend people in Norristown find another spot as well for better convienence.

One of the associates here went well above and beyond to provide me with exceptional customer service.
Short version: I had some things printed for my father, and when he picked them up, he also did some browsing and got a few things there. He misplaced the printing and could not for the life of him remember where it might have gone. So a few days after the original order, I ordered the same items printed there.
The next morning, I got a call from an associate at the Staples print center (I did not get her name, sadly) who said that the original printouts had been found in the store and turned in (my dad must have set them down while browsing and forgotten them). She told me we could pick up the original printouts anytime and that she would be glad to cancel the duplicate order.
Amazing! There were several opportunities throughout this situation for an employee to say "not my job" or "why should I go out of my way for a stranger?" but instead, this employee seize an opportunity to be helpful.
My dad was so relieved that he hadn't lost the printouts completely (he was really wracking his brain to retrace his steps). Both he and I will be loyal Staples print customers for life!

I submitted my son's first birthday month pictures to be printed. I just want the month photos to be printed on cardstock at 8x11 (Normal paper size). In the special instructions section, I asked if it would be possible to have the pictures cut to 5x7. The images I submitted were 5x7 but could be printed on 8x11. I tired printing them on my home computer so I know it can be printed on 8x11 paper. Thinking this was a printing and copying business having something cut to 5x7 (If possible) wouldn't be a huge issue. Well I got the rudest phone call from Jason in printing. He started off with stating that my request could not be completed. I asked why not? He said, "First of all, this would need to be a custom job, second the pricing is all wrong (I had not paid at this point), third, I am not going to sit here an cut all of this up." There was more involved in the rant he seemed to be having regarding my printing request. I was so disgusted by his tone and disrespect I could do nothing more than state how rude he was being and hang up. I cant believe that they allow their employees to speak to customers in that manner. A simple we can not complete your request as uploaded and explanation why would have been much nicer. We could have possibly came up with a solution. I just wanted the pictures printed on cardstock, I would have cut them myself. I have never had issues in the past when using staples for any of my printing needs. I have used them for my wedding, my bridal and baby showers and my dads funeral pictures. I will NEVER EVER use Staples for any of my printing or office supplies needs.

Went there for TSA precheck and the person working was very quick and friendly! Easy process :)
