This review is long coming maybe 12 years ago, I worked for a company In Norristown and they switched payroll companies. So they advised us that we would get an actual paper check for the upcoming pay period. We had a weeks notice and all my bills were automatically taken out of my bank account. At the time I was banking at American Heritage Credit Union. So our employer banks with Well Fargo so they informed the folks like myself if you cannot wait to deposit your check, go to your nearest Well Fargo bank and cash your check. So here's how the story takes an evil turn. We received our paper checks thru our HR Dept, and I head over to Wells Fargo to what I believed was going to be a quick transaction and I'll buy my lunch which is what I always do on payday. I received the worst treatment a human being could ever receive. The teller and branch manager both refused to cash my check. I immediately called my HR dept to advise I'm standing in the Wells Fargo lobby and their refusing to cash my check. I had a valid Drivers License, I also had a work ID which clearly had my name and photo. My HR Manager was livid and gave me a number they could call to verify. They refused, I was told my only option is I can open a bank account and they would loan me $200. Needless to say I left the bank visibly shaken, upset, no money and no lunch as I had only 10 minutes to get back to work. I've never forgotten this experience, if your asking why now. Cause Wells Fargo is a predatory racist bank. Yes I'm 100% sure it was the fact that I was black. It also cost me $90 in 3 overdraft charges with my bank. I was living paycheck to paycheck at that time so $90 was my groceries money. There was no lunch cause I was going to buy it when I cashed my payroll check. For the people that will say I making too much out of this, will be the same people that have never been humiliated or mistreated because of your skin color. I've never banked with Wells Fargo after that. Not even an ATM. I refuse to give them a nickel of my money. I hope one day brown and black people can see Wells Fargo for who they are and bank elsewhere. Sorry for the long review, I never forgot that incident and I was so upset about not being able to pay my bills or buy myself something to eat. I ran out the bank never getting names of people. Lessons are learned, if you ever experienced this with Wells Fargo let us know, call them out each and every time!!

Such a pleasant experience. Smooth and professionally handled transactions. Tellers are friendly and efficient. If you can drive a couple of more miles I'd choose this branch over the neighboring smaller one.

The bank itself is not that bad fees aren't terrible tellers are always friendly customer service there is not horrific other than there's always a lengthy wait to talk to somebody. But on the other hand if you need to call customer service for the bank or the mortgage department could be and horrific experience had several customer service representative's that were flat out nasty and had the attitude that they were doing me some kind of a favor I think some retraining might be an order for these particular departments. I work with the public every day and I would never treat one of our customers with nothing but the highest respect as if it wasn't for them I would not even have a job. Bank service a 4. Phone customer service a 1 hence the overall two.

Extremely helpful. Lead teller went out of her way to help me out in a way different branches have refused to in my previous experiences.

I've banked with Wells Fargo for years every since it was Wachovia. My mother and I left PNC to seek better customer service. The drive through is pretty speedy as well as the Teller line. Michael and Shante are awesome! It is such a pleasure to be waited on by either one of them. I can't leave out the banker, Larry. He always has a smile on his face and will go out of his way to make you feel like a valued customer. His customer service is way beyond any expectations I had. He is Great. Overall I give this branch 2 thumbs up just for its customer service alone.

There was fraudulent activity on my account and waited for a rep to help and Shawn came and greeted me with respect and assurance that it will be taken care of. And it was. He took the time to call the company directly and spoke to them on my behalf to resolve the issue immediately and got my money back for me. He was so polite and helpful that i would recommend this location to anyone. thanks shawn and the team at wells fargo E. Norriton, pa. branch.

I find the people in here very nice and friendly. I used to be a Wachovia customer, so my accounts just rolled over to WF. I now have my business accounts with them as well as a mortgage, so I'm in there quite a bit. Most of the staff know me by name and say hello - something I see them doing with a lot of the other customers too.

I've been continuously disappointed by Wells Fargo from the beginning... guess time for a change... the bill pay is really bad compared to what was at Wachovia and my guess is they way they are looking for revenue will be the next chargeable "service". You know like ATM's... I can go to a WaWa and use the ATM for free... but does WF, my bank do the same... NO... I find a $2.50 fee charged... ridiculous. It might be a justifiable feeif I didn't have many thousands of dollars there. Anyway I rant enough... going to find another bank before it gets too expensive to hold my money there... today.

I came here a few weeks ago (while it was still Wachovia) to make a deposit into my account and found out that my accounts had been closed since I hadn't used them in awhile. Rachel was extremely helpful with everything; she gave me new numbers and transferred the money from my old accounts to new ones as well as reopening my Way-To-Save account. Plus she told me about some new changes that would happen when they turned into Wells Fargo (such as being able to customize your bank/credit card with a personal image or a pre-selected one). Pretty cool. When I came in today with some questions about my Wells-Fargo card, I was sent to David's desk who was slightly less knowledgeable than Rachel, but still was pretty helpful. If you like to bank with people rather than machines, this is a pretty good location to do so!
