Alais poor Yorick, I knew him well. ShopRite always some deals on items you can't find anywhere else, worth the ride. I doubt the current tennent can offer that selection and prices.

Dirty place you see trash at the entrancethe employees smoke at the entrance bad costumer service . A simple return took 10 minutes with a receipt. Employees should be trained by Aldi's or lidl. Shopping carts are filthy and from the sixties. Bye

Their prices are great, selection is a bit too ethnic for my taste. Fellow shoppers appear high and/or heavily medicated. The employees are disinterested and disengaged from their jobs. I witness a lot of standing around and bull-jive talk.

Hot mess of a store. Got a $5.00 off store coupon and thought I would check out the store and see if I liked it. The produce looked okay but a number of the shelves were looking rather sparse, and it was only a Thursday. Got my items and went through a cashier check out. The cashier was distracted by talking to a couple other cashiers when I handed him my coupon. As a result he forgot to take it off my bill. When I noticed, I was informed that I had to go to customer service to be refunded. I waited almost 15 minutes as there was only one Customer Service person available and a line of 6 people in front of me. Won't be returning to Shop Rite as Weis Markets is less than 1/2 mile away and is a far better run store.

I ordered fried chicken for an event (12/18)that I was having next door at the Hyatt and to my dismay, it was not at all what I expected nor what I'm used to! I've ordered chicken from different ShopRite locations and have been very pleased with their services, For 80 plus dollars I expected nice size pieces, nothing overcooked, (a little dark) more important I expected my order to be ready at the pickup time. The end result was that it was hardly touched. Everyone knows that the food is what makes a party a success needless to say my event was lackluster.

If you're looking for a place to work, go somewhere else. If you're looking to work here for less than three months then you're ok. My whole department here was fired over frivolous things because our new hire group was eligible for benefits. The leadership and management here are some of the least approachable people I've encountered. The bathroom in the break room did not have a lock on it and I have walked in on countless people doing their business myself included. The three days of training were terrible. Like some 90s training video crap you are forced to watch. If you're in high school and want to mess around and get fired after a few months this is the last place I would go still.

On Christmas Eve of all nights I get refused to check out four (4) items in addition to an alcohol purchase at the beer garden. I had just suffered through an endless check out line when my wife called telling me that there were a few additional items that needed picking up. I quickly dumped my purchases in the car & procured the required items. After grabbing the beer I wanted & alone in the check out line was told by Eileen, that "due to a previous customer having too many items only beer & wine could be purchased in the beer garden." I had five total items & there were no customers at all in the beer garden. The move by Eileen was not only unwarranted but threw a wrench in my complete plan. After being completely stymied I had no choice but to suffer thru self checkout and waste another twenty minutes. When it was finally my turn to check out Arlean came over from the beer garden & apologized for her coworkers behavior saying there had been an unruly customer earlier in the day & that had rubbed the coworker the wrong way. I understand & appreciate Arlean's sincere apology but am still upset by the way that I was treated. Because I have been a lifelong Shoprite shopper it pains me not to have been back since Christmas Eve but because of one inconsiderate employees actions I have not been. Seeing Arlean, Wendy, Maria, Helen, & Dorothy is always the best aspect of coming to Shoprite (in addition to the convenience) but thinking that one bad seed might be at the beer cafe's register and keep me from checking out a couple items w/ a beer purchase isn't worth the hassle. For the last month have been going to Whole Foods for quick purchases & beer and there has been no hassle whatsoever. Thinking the Brown family needs to take a page outta the Whole Foods play book & see how a classy shop runs the beer garden.

Get over charged every time. Sale items in circular are regular price at check out. Then have to go back up to get refund. This happens every time. And get no compensation for the inconvenience

So there's this syrup that all the stores in my neighborhood have stopped carrying: Karo Pancake Syrup. I began a frantic hunt calling store after store in the Philly suburbs and kept coming up empty. Until I called Shop Rite. Turns out both the East Norriton and West Chester stores have it in stock. When the customer service person at the East Norriton store I spoke with returned to the line after checking, she told me they had two bottles in stock, grabbed them for me, and kept them in safe keeping until I could come in the next day to pick them up. I wish I had gotten her name. Not every grocery stores would've gone that extra step. That was my first visit to the store so I took a tour and was impressed by how spacious it was and the reasonable prices. They even had a hot sauce I've been looking for for quite some time that Giant, Redners and Acme no longer carry.Wish they were closer to me but will definitely return the next time I'm in the area.

This was my favorite grocery store in the area by a long shot. But today's trip made it so I can't trust this store anymore. Every single customer at the store was wearing a mask properly. Only people not wearing a mask properly were 4 different employees. Utter disrespect for the safety of your customers. I don't think I can ever come back. If you're one of those fools who thinks this pandemic is fake, have fun. If you have any concern for your own safety or health, stay away at least until they get their act together.

This is my go to store and I have written reviews for this store beforehand. Usually my experience at this store is decent, but there are times when it seems as if specific employees believe the customers are supposed to serve them. Today was one of those times.I was in the store around 4:30 PM to do some shopping for my household. My first stop was the wine section as we like a nice red wine to go with our dinners. I picked a bottle out and proceeded to the cashier working in the wine area. I was not greeted when I walked up and was just glared at. I was then abruptly asked "You got ID?" I showed my ID and he scanned the bottle of wine, I went to pay with my debit after it was rang up; he barked "Not that one, the other one." Referring to the debit/credit card machines on either side of the register.I went to the other side and inserted my card. The first try he must have hit the wrong button because the card did not go through. After trying a second time, with the exact same card, the purchase went through and the receipt printed. He said "YOU can grab it." So I took the receipt. After he saw I wasn't falling for any of his provocations (whatever was going on with him had nothing to do with me; but he should have conducted himself like he was at work) he tried to say "Have a good day" as I walked away but I was already done. The owner is very attentive to these reviews so hopefully action will be taken in reference to employees who behave as if they don't want to be at work. Just to clarify again, I rarely have issues at this branch but every now and then there is a bad apple. I have no problem adjusting my review if things improve at this location.

It was an okay experience no real high lights to speak of. I'll return if I'm in the area and in need of something I guess.

I have been shopping here for years! I love the prices and I feel like I know a lot of the employees by name and they know mine. Yes, sometimes the lines are long but that is beyond my control so I make the best out of the situation like we all should do. If you see the cashier doesn't seem happy maybe consider that a previous customer complained or was rude. I usually say, "how's your day going," or "I love your smile," and show kindness. Whenever I need to find something I ask for help and the employees really know where to find the item. I also love that I have seen the store include special need employees to work along side the other employees stocking produce or replenishing shelves. I think that is lovely. Really, people. Stop and take a breath. Share kindness not your frustration. It might change your mood, too.

OK store but some of the cashiers need to be trained better. Last time I was in the store there was a young, feminine acting guy with really bad acne that was intentionally taking his sweet time ringing people up. It was so bad that one woman literally leaned on the food conveyor belt and put her face in her hands. Not only that but he seemed to have a feminine attitude; rolling eyes, talking with others while we were waiting in line to be rung up, and stopping to slowly hang bags on the rack while the woman in front of me had a full cart of groceries. It is the holiday season so nobody wants to be held up while some guy with a toxic attitude holds everyone up. Other than that I like the store and this was one incident that did not sit well with me,
