“ENB is our bank of choice. All the features of a big national bank with a hometown feel. Brand new ATM works great in the drive thru lane. I always notice the cool country art work on the walls at this Manheim location. I really like it. Tellers are friendly. It’s usually not very crowded (probably not a great sign but that’s physical banking in general, not just ENB). Quick in and out and as pleasant of an experience as banking can be.”

However, I needed to go to the bank and this was the closest one, I had no issues what so ever. I tried to get a cashiers check through the drive-thru, they kindly let me know I needed to come in. Walked in and they had already started working on my request. They made the process very smooth for me, and double and triple checked the check was made out to the right person. I had a good experience!”

“12/22/23 Update…Customer service was able to help me in navigating what was originally a difficult hurdle in setting up a loan which I improved my review from this.As a side note, additional processing following approval of loan is taking much longer than I anticipated. For me, this involved connecting my external bank account from another financial institution electronically to my Belco account using the app, then transferring the desired amount to my bank account. I don’t want to commit to a time this is taking me because of multiple factors. First, I never yet received the transfer and I’m also in doing this right before the holidays. Additionally, processing times may vary depending on whichever “other”financial institution you may be working with. Bottom line, don’t expect to be able to utilize the funds immediately following loan approval.”

I wish the online banking was more reliable, and I wish that the ATM were updated to deposit checks like some of the other local FCU’s (without use of envelopes). Like I said overall, good people but their online serves aren’t the best.”
