“The staff and bank manager are too-notch. Very friendly and helpful with solutions. Of course you still will need to fill out all the paperwork banks and government requires, but it’s nice to have help if needed. This is the type of place that when you drive up to the window 2 minutes before closing, they are as friendly as always. Oh and they give lollipops to the kids!”

“I’m not sure why the reviews are so poor, I read them, and I was hesitant to go here. However, I needed to go to the bank and this was the closest one, I had no issues what so ever. I tried to get a cashiers check through the drive-thru, they kindly let me know I needed to come in. Walked in and they had already started working on my request. They made the process very smooth for me, and double and triple checked the check was made out to the right person. I had a good experience!”

To be honest, there were some occasions when I've had to deal with unfriendly tellers, but it didn't bother me, because I figure their the ones with the personal problems. The staff is super friendly, very personable and even remembered me after not being here for a few months. As a server I deposit quite a bit of cash and sometimes can be waiting a half hour by time my deposit is all said or done, these reps have me in and out In no time.
