“I’m not sure why the reviews are so poor, I read them, and I was hesitant to go here. However, I needed to go to the bank and this was the closest one, I had no issues what so ever. I tried to get a cashiers check through the drive-thru, they kindly let me know I needed to come in. Walked in and they had already started working on my request. They made the process very smooth for me, and double and triple checked the check was made out to the right person. I had a good experience!”

“Went to help a buddy open an acct here, got comfortable front row seats to watch a 5 minute argument between a couple guys abt how many lines there are and whether there’s more than one window currently open. would’ve came just to see that!
Anyway, we had scheduled a meeting, cuz then it feels important, and we were royally escorted to a side room where we can discuss our extremely important stuff! Turns out my guy needed two proofs of ID, the logic is a little broken tho cuz you only need one ID to open an account online, not sure what changes-but if you show them your beautiful face you gotta bring two. Maybe important people who need meetings need more important documentation. Idk but I definitely appreciated the entertainment, the comfortable accommodations and the punctuality which I experienced here!
If they start serving coffee I’d definitely come more often!”

Due to some recent professional changes, I have an increased variety of more important business needs, and thy are really stepping up. My banker (the branch manager no less) is awesome. She responds almost immediately to emails. She is very patient and helpful, and took the time to help me understand some of the things that I'm getting into now, things that are very unfamiliar.There's been a couple things between then and now. It hasn't always felt personal, but when I'm typically only in a branch once every year or two, it's never going to. The various branches I've been at have all been great, but this one has been the best so far.”
