“Just went through the touchless car wash. The last one or two times the arms went around, nothing came out. The blowers to dry the car didn't work at all. Car looks worse than when we went through.
This is a followup to yesterday's post. I called your number and talked to someone and told them what happened. He told me to stop by and get a couple free coupons and thanked me for letting them know it wasn't working properly. I stopped today and the person I talked to was of no help. He asked me if I had a receipt. I said no, I'm the one that told you the machine was broke. I guess 52 years straight of being a customer of Lancaster Toyota means nothing. I'm not happy.
Just talked to Jeremy and he gave me some vouchers. I went through the other car wash and it was fine. Touchless is still out of order from yesterday.

Love all the products they use for the wash and keeps my car super clean. Never had any issues with scratches or car not getting clean. Love the self service vaccums because no one knows your car like yourself so you know where all the debris hides. This option makes getting the membership A STEAL!”

“I'm subscribed to the 2nd most expensive wash level (hightide, maybe?) and have really enjoyed using this wash for my Ford Maverick. I've had no issues with paint or body damage and the car is always very clean! I know I could get it cleaner with some detailing, but I don't expect a car wash to get it any cleaner without the touch from a person's hands.
I went during one of the first warm days after lots of gloomy ones and many people were in line (12 cars between me and the bay when I was at the gate to pull into line) but it took less than 10 minutes to get through the line and through the wash. I'm really impressed with the whole experience here from where it's located, to how you just pull up and enter without even rolling down your window and the free vacuums/compressed air guns are a nice feature as well.
I was a few times a month up to twice a week and really think the package I pay for is totally worth it! I'll recommend this to anyone!”

“It’s a car wash with 3 dog wash rooms, a truck/RV bay and a motorcycle wash bay. we get out propane tanks filled there also. Cheapest propane prices around, the car wash and dog wash is always functioning and if there’s ever an issue, there is a man who has been working there for years, he is the nicest guy you could meet. He is always helpful. There are many bays so even when it’s busy, it’s not too long a wait.”

“Not a bad carwash. Requires $5 to get started, after that you can feed it $1, $5, $10 of quarters. I couldn't find a quarter machine in the laundromat but was able to get change for my $20 as $5 and $1 bills. I was able to wash and then hand wax in the bay without any trouble/distrubance due to waiting customers around 6pm on a weekday. The hoses are covered in thick rubber so as to not mark up your vehicle, but there could be a better system to keep the hose swung way out to the perimeter of the bay so that you don't have to be constantly tugging it to keep it from dragging across your vehicle, but it's just a minor inconvenience, as it still does it correctly most of the time. Finally, the location is just a pain to get in and out of, but that's been the way anything within ⅛ mile of this intersection has been for decades, so only if you're not a local would this cause real confusion trying to navigate to and from the car wash.”

“The owner helped me out last night. He was funny and personable and helpful. He was not pushy for me to get a monthly subscription but I absolutely will because this place is awesome! I love having regular places to take my car for maintenance. No shade to Divine Shine but since it became Crystal Clear I’ve seen a positive difference in the quality and service. Yay!!”

When I brought my car to their location on Lincoln Highway, it looked amazing afterward. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a company responds that really matters—and they nailed it. “I just had to leave a comment/review after reading through all the negative reviews.
I’ve been 3 times. Never had an issue.
I will say: read instructions thoroughly before you start. You shouldn’t have an issue if you do. I paid for the wash with a debit card. No issues. Maybe select the wash type you want (turn the dial) BEFORE you slide your card as the time starts the moment your card is approved.
Only 4 stars because the vacuums do as good a job as my household vacuum and they really should have customer service number.”
