Terrible bank for business! Attention business owners: My company has been with Fulton for almost 20 years. They used to be great with commercial accounts. No longer! The past 5 years have been a steady decline in their services, friendliness, willingness to help, and reasonable pricing and policies. Their online platform "BOSS" is the WORST (it's a 3rd party, so constant finger pointing when a problem occurs.) My company has numerous checking accounts, money market, LOC, corporate credit cards, mortgage and our merchant accounts with Fulton but they don't even provide us with a single rep! Their service fees and merchant rates are much higher than other banks, yet somehow their services are worse!? Such a shame. All of the good people who actually cared are no longer with them. It's basically a revolving door.

I have never had any problems with Fulton Bank for over 2years I've lived in Pennsylvania until now. Therefore I'm going to close out my account out and go to another bank. I can't afford how they operate, on my S.S.A

I started going to Fulton bank when i was 16teen and still a member. They have been helpfull with ? I may have and I never had a problem getting a loan. And if I need to withdraw money the only? they ask is how much .The only thing right is I'm not liking the new hours because of this virus .

Although I've never banked with Fulton personally, I've dealt with them professionally for the last three decades in my line of work. They are a true local bank and one of the few in this area that didn't change hands and sell out to a national competitor. With plenty of locations and online banking it's easy to access your account. Customer service has always been helpful and the branch managers always treat business account holders like gold. Recently I had to resolve an issue on a personal level concerning a Fulton drawn check. The branch I deal with professionally was able to assist me. It did take some time for resolution, but ultimately what I went in there for was accomplished. Four stars because if you call the 800 # you end up in call center que. While they do their best to assist you sometimes you just need someone from the branch. They also charge a $5 check cashing fees for non account holders. SIDENOTE: the East Petersburg branch is often hard to get in/out of but there is a back entrance. You might need to make a few extra turns but during rush hour that's your only option.

I really like this Fulton branch. Always very nice employees and always a smile and warm greeting. Also appreciate the 8 am opening hours.

Years ago this was a pleasant neighborhood bank. Over the years, poor policies, weak excuses, consistent mistakes, and fake pleasantries, has degraded the experience here to one where visiting this branch just makes one sad.
