Your automated answering system is the worst anyone could have. I have no way of addressing a problem with a change in delivery dates. So I would have to say my my rating is 0 on a scale of 1 -10.

Your facility is 35min from me been waiting 8 days since I ordered from snap on you guys finally get it send me tracking# says it left and out for delivery at 920am I have to be home to sign for it I call off work then 230pm you want to say there has been a delay I'm 35min from your facility roads are not bad what's the delay about? That's how you treat customers it took you guys 6hrs to put it on the tracking then I call. your talking about a my choice app I can't pick it up from your facility I have to sign for it. You guys are definitely not a shipping service. More like spinning service. Question if I would have paid extra would there have been a delay? Thanks for nothing

I had a problem with my package that was sent from a UPS store, and they didn't help, but when I came here, the two ladies working were wonderful and very attentive. They explained everything to me and were patient.

I've placed orders from Lenovo which have restrictions with purchases over 200 dollars to require a signature. I've ordered twice from Lenovo and they use UPS. UPS drivers do not take the time to knock very loudly or use the doorbell. I was supposed to receive a package on the November 4th which got delayed. Then I was supposed to receive it on November 6th, which UPS did not show up to leave a "Sorry we missed you" note. I was supposed to receive it today on the 7th and I was "missed" again. I received a note, but the UPS driver did not use the doorbell or knock. My Finace and I are both currently at home and we didn't hear anything. UPS drivers need to be taught to use the doorbell.

This UPS hub has endemic delays and problems. They lose time sensitive packages frequently. The manager should be removed.

Horrible delivery experience. Whoever is responsible for the deliveries here (on 2/8/2022) need their position revoked or suspended, because they just leave packages on steps for people to steal instead of porches or indoor hallways. I shouldn’t have to spend money to end up filing claims on my lost packages. It’s not my fault. Again, horrible delivery experience specifically coming from one of the East Petersburg delivery drivers.

I had a package delivered to me about a week before, I couldn't find it & reported it missing. So earlier in the day on 5-13 I finally got it & took it to several different places to try and return it, finally found out that I had to take it to the main UPS center in Lancaster, to be able to return the package back to the sender.

Probably one of the worst companies ever. Went in to ship a 30 pound product - was charged $108 to ship ground, then they tacked on another $165 for a 'large package fee'. Called customer service when I got home to see why that happened and was told that anything under 150 pounds should NOT have been charged that fee. Tried to get it refunded, but you can't even call this place to get ahold of someone - they put you in an endless loop with corporate billing who has no records of OTC CC purchases in their branch stores. Disputed the charge with my CC company now - do not do business with these criminals.

1Z81RF111386482952 Handed it to someone, not at my house !! Took an hour to call back and say that driver is off. Not my problem. I have a return to Amazon that's been sitting there at the east Petersburg location for 2 months. I filed a claim and still nothing. Trashy lady that called said I'm not a ups customer, I'm Amazon's customer and she wasn't going to do anything about my issues with them because the driver was off of work and this is " how things work". Their incompetence is abundantly obvious. Trash Trash Trash. How can they mark 2 deliveries as handed to a resident and never actually came to this house. This is the 5th order delivered elsewhere the past 6 months. Is anyone there going to do anything? Probably not. The rude woman who called basically said she will print this out and we will probably have to deal with amazon who is also trash with customer service now. A good example between them amazon and other large companies who have horrible service and careless because they are too big to have any sort of accountability affect them. Disgusting ups !! Don't comment about sharing my experience to help you get better in the future. You've had a chance. Trash.1Z8Y5R627894852650. Look at this one ups. 4 mo ths it's sat at your location. 4 months!! Whatcha gonna do. I guess when I show up there with a police officer, let me know who is gonna catch charges for theft.
