The lack of professionalism was pretty astounding. Called four times and left a message each time, asking for a call back to see if we could receive an estimate for a home renovation project in Swissvale. I received a call back over a week later from Bryan on a Saturday morning when I was out of town, saying he could meet me that morning. I returned the call the next day. Called again a few days later, thinking I’d give them some time for a follow up call. Called again a few days later since we were very interested in getting an estimate from a contractor in the same neighborhood as the home. Bryan returned my call this morning and was extremely rude before I even had a chance to say hello. Ultimately, he hung up on me, telling me I had called too many times, as I was attempting to share my perspective of the experience with him. Was pretty disappointing as we were looking forward to potentially working with a long standing contractor in the area that loves it like we do. I fully understand it’s a very busy time for all contractors, but being kind and considerate can be as simple as picking up the phone to follow up and not being mean spirited when you call back. I have never in my life written a review for anything, but really felt that it’s worth writing this if it helps the next person looking for a considerate contractor dodge a bullet.

Can't provide a comment on the quality of their work but I can share the experience my wife and I had with Whitney Construction. The lack of professionalism was pretty astounding.
