“Can’t say enough great things about Barton’s. Had someone hit my car while it was parked (I wasn’t in the car). Because I live in the city and the likelihood of getting hit again isn’t uncommon, I wasn’t sure how much I wanted to spend on the fix.
Katie is extremely knowledgeable about insurance (not to mention an all-around great human) and she laid out all of my options for me. I opted for the simplest fix possible, and the team delivered. No attempt to upcharge me, and even returned parts they didn’t need, which saved me money. The end result is great and exactly what I asked for.

It's definitely been a journey that they did not have to take. They took on a huge job that just kept getting worse (outside of their control and nothing they did wrong) and they worked through each issue while communicating with me the entire time. They worked through a pretty big snow storm and extremely cold and freezing temperatures to ensure that my vehicle was completed properly. They didn't take any short cuts. They did their research. They took their time. They did the job exactly how you would expect a professional to do.
I made a post on social media about needing a good mechanic and Templeton was the very first recommendation I received. I am forever grateful for that recommendation because Dan and Tyler went above and beyond!!

“I have my own private shop and on occasion, things happen out of our control that put us in places we do not wish to be. That being said, a friend of mine who's Jeep I work on broke down not far from this shop and they took very good care of her. I spoke with the mechanic that work on her car and we had a nice long conversation in front of the shop. He was very honest and had no problem with me inspecting his work which was exceptional.
I definitely give them five stars and even though they are a bit of a hike from my shop, if ever there was a reason I could not get to a repair, I'd feel very comfortable sending a friend or a customer of mine in their direction.”
