My girlfriend and I took our first weekend getaway trip together and stayed here. We absolutely loved it! The service and hospitality were amazing. The location is perfect, nestled into a quiet area that helps you relax. Julie is a great host and her breakfasts are delicious! We highly recommend the homemade jams. Her dogs Cocoa and Pepper are very friendly and excited to meet and play with new people, making it that much more fun. The room was clean, beds comfortable and overall a nice relaxing place to stay. We will definitely be coming back

What wonderful owners!!! The rooms were comfy and cozy. They had a microwave and mini fridge, and a spacious bathroom. The location is tucked away in a peaceful area. A great place to be calm and relax. Quick access to lake Erie. Hosts have a great personality and are very kind.

Catering mostly to fisherman, Hannah House has 4 queens per room. Julie is an amazing host cooking a daily breakfast that may be the only meal you need all day. Coco and Pepper are her lab pups that run around all day and put a smile on your face. Lucky the cat (and others) also wandered the farm.Rooms are complete with shower, water closet, coffee pot, and mini fridge. Guests have use of the main kitchen and dining area, as well as fire pit, and cornhole.Within easy reach of Girard, Asbury, Erie, and about a million small down things to do, as well as Presque Isle and Lake Erie, you'll have a hard time running out of things to see and do.This is my go-to place when I want to be close to the lake and I'll be back, at least, annually.

We stayed here one night passing through but wish we could have stayed longer. This is a beautiful piece of property, quiet and peaceful. The host was absolutely wonderful and has the perfect set-up. She puts out an amazing breakfast that included biscuits and gravy, pancakes, eggs, bacon, homemade jam, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. The room itself was perfect for our family of 5 with 4 queen size beds and full bath. She has everything decorated beautifully, comfortable beds and everything was sparkling clean. There is an outdoor deck and campfire area that if we had more time would definitely have used more. Wonderful stay, will definitely be recommending to family and friends and we look forward to coming back!

Originally designed to provide accommodations for fishing parties of up to sixteen individuals, Hannah House is also ideal for anyone visiting the western part of Erie, as its East Springfield location is but an extremely pleasant 22 minute drive from Erie International Airport along West Lake Road. Each of the two suites contains four queen size beds in a two bunk bed configuration; the mattresses, pillows, and air conditioning unit made for a very comfortable sleep. The best word to describe each suite is "wood"; the entire suite, including the bunk beds, are made of hemlock and pine, and the instant you enter the suite you encounter the pleasing aroma of those woods. To say that the breakfast was hearty is an understatement; we feasted on bacon, eggs, homemade biscuits, sausage gravy, five different types of homemade jams, cantaloupe, home grown strawberries, and home grown blueberries (when requested, the owner is more than happy to make pancakes as well). The massive wooden deck provided great sunrise and sunset viewing, especially when the mist settled in on the adjacent soybean field. Hannah House's location away from Erie meant that the customary city noises were replaced with chirping of insects and frogs instead. And the owner's chocolate lab Cocoa was always present to greet the guests, especially when those guests were sitting around the firepit trading accounts of the day's exploits. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something other than the cookie cutter rooms you find in hotel chains.

My experience on this property was unlike any before. So many unique qualities and the amenities were all brand new and smelled like fresh cut wood ? my boyfriend and I were loving how clean and spacious the room was. It was all custom made by Dave the owner and his sister Julie. I been to a few BnBs but this one was more special than the ones before bcuz we stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. The cost of a hotel compared to this is a no brainer. We paid about half of what a premium hotel would idealy cost AND we were offered breakfast lunch OR dinner instead.of just bkfast. What a great find indeed. The views of the land and the sunrise ?with coffee on the deck was breathtaking. I would stay here again and again even if i wasnt fishing ?just for a quick getaway. Great people amazing sleeping arrangements and we will be back very soon xoxo thx again guys we loved it
