Overall a great experience. All of the sale associates were great! Both Anthony’s and Frank helped and assisted me with purchasing a Mitsubishi Outlander SE. I would recommend this establishment to anyone!

The experience I had with Sara Straile couldn't have been better. She was very genuinely personable, and down to earth all while being professional. No pressure from her, just an understanding of what's needed machanically, and with respect. She is the type of Service Advisor that makes a customer want to come back for business! "She does things in good order". A wonderful person, and great asset to Toyota/Mitsubishi of Stroudsburg in my personal opinion.

Overall, the service was good. However, the television in the waiting was exceptionally loud and the Keurig coffee maker was not working.

Ripoffs I had my car towed there because service transmission light came on! I was guaranteed that it only needed maintenance and my car would last another 100,000 miles paid 869.00 didn’t even drive it 10 miles service transmission light came on pulled over immediately called Jay left a message no call back now I didn’t have drive or reverse now! I had to keep calling finally Jay picked up and said have it towed back there I did . Never called me I had to keep calling. Then I was told you need a transmission it would cost 9,000 dollars. I said it drive fine when I had it towed there he said things happen! Now mind you I don’t as guaranteed it only needed fluid changed and it would go another 100,000 miles I had to have it towed there 2 times and towed from there at my own expense and he wouldn’t give me a loaner car while they were servicing my vehicle needless to say very poor service.
