Straight scumbags, they watch you leave your car parked, then tow you and will only take cash ( over $500) to release it. In minutes you're screwed.Response, twas not I, but I heard about what you did. To charge so much money is obscene and criminal, and if I should ever need a tow company, I certainly won't use you or recommend you, and I'll make a point not to patronize the businesses condoning your actions. I hope you file for bankruptcy soon. You'll also want to employ a dictionary so you can spell lose.

We had an emergency repair job during an actual medical emergency and these guys were able to pick up our RV and fix it while we were in the hospital all day. We were even allowed to pick it up after closing hours. Thanks so much Lupo, Chris and Pops!Service: Special vehicle towing

My brother locked himself out of his car with his phone inside. I called several places for help at 10:30 on a Saturday night. Chris was the only one who responded. And he responded quickly! He got to the location in less than 20mins. He was even going to allow me to pay by phone after he got there. Chris is an upstanding business owner he values his reputation and that of his business. I am a business owner myself for 14yrs and I recognize his desire to do the right things and be fair. I definitely recommend this business. Thanks again Chris! N.

Overall love coming to Lupo’s. Well I guess technically I don’t love that I need my car fixed lol but the service is amazing! Very thorough and detailed and always so helpful and professional. I’ve been coming to them for about a year for everything ranging from repairs to tire replacements! Literally my go-to whenever I need my car taken care of! I don’t look forward to needing them but when I do, I know I can rely on them whenever! Loyal customer here! Thanks so much for everything Chris & Kenny!

This company is horrible and unprofessional. I needed a tow truck yesterday morning and I called this guy three times...with no answer. After the third attempt, he texted back "please text me." When I texted back and requested a truck...by asking are there any trucks available for a tow...he rudely replied with "No" What "Essential" business, such as this operates on text communication with its customers? This is poor customer service. Will never recommend Lupo's Towing! Will let my social media outlets know as well.........

Chris is a no nonsense, straight up guy. While I was at the shop people were calling asking for prices using cheap parts they were going to buy on ebay or amazon. Instead of just taking their money and calling it a day (and doing the typical “customer supplied parts” surcharge that so many shops do), he was turning down the jobs because the parts typically have no warranty and would have cost the callers more in the long run. Kenny did a great job on my brakes and got rid of a horrible shimmy I had even after I replaced the brakes and rotors last year. Definitely recommend.

A few months ago I was traveling in Pennsylvania with my family and our car overheated and needed to be towed and fixed. It was Saturday late afternoon and every single garage I called near East Stroudsburg was closed for the weekend... except for Lupos! By the time the towtruck and my car got to Chris it was past 6pm on a Saturday, and who was still open and sincerely upbeat? Lupos! Chris fixed my car, told me in advanced what he would do to it and how much it would cost. It's been a few months since this happened but I keep thinking about how nice Chris was and how I felt stuck in the middle of nowhere, far from home. So the least I can do is tell you all, Chris is a solid dude. Thanks again, Chris you came through for our family!

Phenomenal Service. We were stuck on a small shoulder on the highway, and my roadside assistance couldn't find someone to help us. Called Lupo's, and what is very appreciated: 1. given an accurate ETA, 2. concise on the phone, 3. Chris was super courteous & communicative, 4. cared about the safety of all the passengers, and was about getting things done safe & efficiently, 5. Leverages technology for phone swipe payments.If you're stuck and reading this, call Lupo's first!!!!
