27 Washington St, East StroudsburgWe went as a group of 4. We were greeted and seated upon arriving. The restaurant is tastefully decorated. Our waitress, Chi, came to the table and we knew right away we’d have a great time! It’s not often these days that you come across people in the service industry that truly love their jobs and it just emanates from them! She is so genuine, fun, and overall excellent at her job! The food was excellent! We started with the brisket queso, smooth, creamy, flavorful queso loaded with brisket served with delicious tortilla chips, and wings that were cooked to perfection! For our meals we had brisket cheesesteak which was one of the best we’ve tasted and ribs, pulled pork, and brisket with collard greens, Mac and cheese, and cornbread…all excellent! We will definitely be back!

Cali was also very proactive in her service and had amazing taste in recommendations. She was raving about the mother’s day special and was 100% right on how good it was. A very special shout-out to Diane, who prepared all of the food and desserts. Everything was absolutely phenomenal—truly top-tier. Every dish was delicious, beautifully prepared, and clearly made with care. The desserts were equally amazing and received so many compliments from our guests.
As someone who eats gluten-free, I was especially impressed by the variety and quality of the gluten-free options available. It can be difficult to find gluten-free food that tastes this good, but everything was outstanding. Even the gluten-free croutons were absolutely delicious—something I never expected to be raving about!
The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was attentive, professional, and compassionate, helping make a difficult day feel seamless and special for our family.
Thank you to Diane and everyone at The Cinder Inn for helping us honor my grandfather’s memory in such a meaningful way. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend them for any special event.

59 Crystal St, East StroudsburgSeen this platter on my friend’s story and wanted to try the Rasta Pasta meal cause it looked creamy and delicious I went to eat yesterday 3/1 for my Birthday and this is what came out from the kitchen and it looked dry because I was hungry and don’t send food back I tasted it and I wasn’t satisfied with it’s taste but service was excellent and they did accommodate my bill but whoever was the cook definitely wasn’t the cook who made my friends meal in the middle of the week I wanna give it another chance but hopefully next time the Rasta Pasta is creamier
