I stayed last Saturday and the power went out. I booked through Expedia and they are giving me a run around trying to get refunded. I needed power and wifi to play in the wsop my gf ended up sleeping in the car when I got power from my truck. Everytime I called so far they said call later giving me a time a manger will be in it shouldn’t be this hard to get my money back. Non of the amenities I got the room for there.

A nice small hotel just 5 minutes from Lehigh Valley Hospital Poconos. The room was your average hotel room but unbelievably quiet. I could not hear my neighbor. The breakfast was hot waffles, fruit, juice, yogurt, coffee, and tea. Just enough to get you going. Restaurant with bar on site. I only gave 4 stars because this is no elevator nor luggage carts.

Unsanitary, unhealthy, extremely filthy. I stayed here due to an emergenct. I was given a "non-smoking" room but the room smelled like an ash tray. I got very sick due to the amount of dust on the airvents and carpet. Room needs to be deep cleaned. It does not look like it has ever been cleaned. I could not sleep due to the amount of dust - everywhere! I tried turning off the heat to stop the dust from flowing and it did not help. My eyes are extremely irritated and I have issues breathing. Stay away for your health sake.

I forgot my AirPods under my pillow after checkout and the lady I spoke to was super helpful with locating them and keeping them at the front desk until a family member could retrieve them. Very polite staff super convenient location. Definitely staying here next time I’m in

Clean, but very small room. No chair. The door is not working properly. The restaurant closed earlier than advertised hours. Staff is very friendly.

Awful. Shabby room, not a single outlet to plug in a phone (the one outlet behind the bed was overloaded), room smells terrible, no view whatsoever (I'm overlooking a parking lot in the middle of the hotel. Advertised breakfast is a bait-and-switch (continental only), the room is dark (no lighting as you come in), and carpet and curtains smell awful. SHOWER DOESN'T WORK. Dank, damp, and horrible maintained. How it has decent reviews is beyond me. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Close to the highway and lots of roas construction right up to their front doors. The rooms were decent, typical looking like any other motel.

Dank, shabby room located in the foundation of the building in an area in the rear where guests socialized right outside until after midnight. Checked the car frequently during the night to make sure it wasn’t getting broken into. Ambience of the room led you to immediately check for bugs. Mattresses were well past expiration and needed replacement months ago. Interior trim and bathroom door peeling paint or just gross. No shower curtain! Breakfast a joke. Complained to the manager the next day.and the best she said she could do was email a discount for future stays at the hotel chain which she never did. Said I should have asked for different room. Rude.

Shabby room, mattresses worn out, trim and finishes in poor condition. No shower curtain on the tub! Quality Inn should pay you to stay here.

If I could give it no stars I would. STAY AWAY!!! Bed bugs were all over and mouse droppings. It was a disgrace. We were up there for plans that we had up there and didn't feel like driving home. On Expedia this hotel has a 7.9 rating and that's why we chose it. All the reviews were mostly positive. Felt very unsafe. Shady characters all over. Felt like I was in some sort of horror movie.

We booked a stay at Quality Inn for a family wedding. Due to weather conditions, our flight was delayed and eventually cancelled. We called to cancel our reservations and talked to the manager Sabrina. She very unpleasant, rude and almost yelled over us when we tried to explain our situation. She refused to help and wouldn’t work with us to get a resolution. If you’re looking for a place with hospitality, I’d look elsewhere.

I am utterly appalled by the abysmal experience I had at the Quality Inn in East Stroudsburg, PA. This so-called establishment should be ashamed to even call itself a hotel. From the moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted by an overpowering stench of neglect and grime that made me question whether I had mistakenly walked into a landfill. The state of the room was nothing short of a nightmare. The level of filth and neglect was beyond comprehension. It's as if the cleaning staff had abandoned all semblance of decency and decided to let dirt and grime flourish unchecked. Let’s not forget the pièce de résistance - the chair in the room. It appeared to have been a victim of some unspeakable crime, with stains that seemed to have been festering for eons. I wouldn't have let my worst enemy sit on that abomination. As if the room itself wasn't enough to make me question my life choices, the drop ceiling tiles added another layer of horror to the experience. These tiles, I'm convinced, had been soaking in a mixture of slime and despair for decades. The discoloration and stains were so profound that I couldn't even begin to fathom what kind of substance could have caused such grotesque markings. The fact that the management thinks it's acceptable to subject guests to such a deplorable environment is beyond comprehension.I implore anyone with an ounce of self-respect to avoid this cesspool of a hotel at all costs. The sheer negligence displayed in the upkeep of the rooms and facilities is a slap in the face to anyone who values basic hygiene and comfort. The Quality Inn in East Stroudsburg, PA, is a blight upon the hospitality industry, and I wouldn't wish a stay here on my worst enemy. Save yourself the trauma and seek shelter elsewhere.
