Quest appreciates what an appointment means and I appreciate them for it. They do take walk ins but if there is someone in the waiting room who has made an appointment for a specific time they will take them and then go back to the walk ins.

I just left; its 8:49 am. My appointment was for 8:30am & there were several patients when I arrived. I was here for a pre-employment drug test. A lady walking out warned me of a long wait time. I was in and out in under 20 mins. Based on previous reviews I was expecting the staff to be rude; I was expecting to wait forever and it was the total opposite. Previous reviewers may have encountered different staff or maybe they didn't follow instructions but I had a good experience and I'm glad I didn't drive all the way to Bangor based on prior reviews.

In and out for preempoyment drug screening staff was very nice. whole proccess as a walk in took 15 mins .
