My wife and I were in Bushkill falls staying at my best friend's place. We were planning our adventure for the next day and this is one of the places that we decided to go to. This is just 20 minutes away from where my best friend lives. The place is open to the public and there is free parking. After we parked, we noticed that Resica falls is just a short distance from the parking area, I noticed a few picnic tables on the area where you can see the falls, they have installed a fence close to the water, at first I thought it is to prevent people from slipping and falling into the water but we saw a signage/warning that says "NO ONE IS PERMITTED BEYOND THE RAILING & CABLES, KNOWN VENOMOUS SNAKE HABITAT BEYOND THIS POINT". Oh Gosh!!!. Ever since reading the warning I never ventured around tall grasses in the area and I was always looking down, taking precautions for the possibility of snakes around. Luckily we never encountered any. It was a satisfactory visit to the falls with my friends, we just enjoyed taking photos of our outing.

In the past you could walk down to the water and explore a bit, now it's all fenced in, Hardly worth seeing now. They don't even like dogs and no amenities to speak of. ?

Nice area to picnic at. but not much of a hike unless we were missing that part. Falls are a nice view.

We came here to see Resica Falls. It has friendly short trail to the falls. Few yards down from the parking lot and a good view is visible. Quiet and peaceful place. Nobody was there when we went. There are picnic tables available if interested to bring food. My friend said that would be a good idea for future visit. The park is free and open to public. No one is allowed in the Boy Scout camping lodge area unless you are part of a troop and has an event to attend to. A nice stop over if in the area

It's not Niagara fall but it's a nice small one. Free to public from dawn to dusk. Paved parking lot. You can get down to the waterfall level in a couple minutes. The passage aren't paved and it requires stepping up /down big rocks. They are picnic tables. Nothing else to do around there.

The pictures only capture a small portion of this wonderful piece of nature. I was a camper and counselor here in the 60's. I absolutely loved hiking this entire area. I finished off the needed merit badges for Eagle Scout the year I worked as a Program Specialist Counselor. The time spent here was some of the best time of my youth. Great friends, dedicated and knowledgeable adults. An overall great place to have as part of growing up.

Not much to see. No trail. You park the car, walk over a short bridge to see the falls. Seems like it is not being maintained at all. It is a 5 minutes attraction.

A beautiful but small fall and a very quiet place to stay for a while.

The big best thing that stuck out to me about the place was the beauty and peaceful Resica Falls has to offer. Giving’s a beautiful water fall scene eat whole also having 2 small lunch tables. Place is very small and not much to do gets repetitive after an hour of watching. Great small place to stop and see if your driving by, but not much to do. Free of charge !!

The waterfalls are pretty, but it's not really a big hiking opportunity. I suppose very good option for small kids or elderly who can't walk a ton.

I wish the walk was longer. The view was great.
