I will never stay at this hotel or even affiliate with this hotel again. I was charged 147.24$ before I evened checked in reason said that I missed my reservation. In all actually I checked in that very same day and was charged appropriately, then what took the cake I checked out and was charged 588.96$. Then I was charged another 147.24 again. I called the manager he said oh it was just a human error, when I called head quarters they were no help either. Please be careful with this company. They don’t even offer a compensation from hotel or the head quarters.

I brought a group of high school aged boys for a snowtubing trip and I have no words for how incredible the staff was it cannot be easy dealing with another boy every 2 minutes needing another key card,drink,an extra blanket,etc…. Yet the staff handled it with a smile every time Super awesome place overall rooms are huuuge, pool is awesome,prices are insanely good, very clean everywhere and close proximity to everything poconos!Highly recommended!Rooms: Spacious and cleanSafety: Very safe area nice and quiet place

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room left a lot to be desired. The sofa was stained, disgusting and uncomfortable. The mattress was the worst thing I have had the misfortune to lie my body upon in decades. To add insult to injury, the hottest the water would get was tepid, so no soothing aching joints and muscles after a night with no comfortable place to lie or sit.

Very close to Shawnee ski resort. Plenty of parking. Clean, neat, fully equipped kitchen and room. Large window with natural light. Plenty of TV programs for all ages. Enough hangers for 8 jackets.

I don’t know where to start. This hotel is just simply the best. Omg the place is meticulously clean, well maintained, quiet and the staff are super professional. This will be my home away from home when I come to PA. Thanks you for an excellent stay. I really don’t want to leave. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in East Stroudsburg PA.

*updated*I reserved a hotel room for the upcoming holiday for family. As I walked into lobby it looked nice, I did not get a chance to look at the rooms, I will re-edit this after I see them. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and answered the questions I had for her. The hotel looked clean and staff I came across were all very pleasant while I waited in the lobby.* Room was nice, King studio, but it is definitely getting out dated. The couch had a few tears in it and the handle on the kitchen faucet was broken. The room was clean but it is in need of a few repairs. The bathroom toilet paper holder was broken and the curtains didn't open and close well at all.* Over all it was a good stay for our family members and they would definitely stay at a Staybridge suite again. I would just check the reviews and maybe visit it, if you can. These hotels can get run down very quickly and the older they are the worse they seem to be.

We have stayed here twice already and each time has been 5 stars. The rooms are clean, purposeful and designed for comfort. Their wheelchair accessible suites and studios meet all the needs for those guests who require them. Breakfast is full , fresh, and tasty. All requests and questions are answered promptly! Special shout out to Allison - always there, assisting and problem solving- making the stay truly enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back again!

Don’t stay here. A total dump. I paid $207, and I didn’t realize there was a Marriott down the street for $60 cheaper, that was substantially nicer. The hotel is outdated in every way. Couch in room feels like a pile of bricks. The bed is outdated and has actually springs in it. The bathroom looks like something out of saw movie . The check in process was painful, can you fill out this form that’s highlighted instead of being able to use an app. When we checked in the room, the curtain to the window was just on the floor in a ball. Can’t think of anything positive to say other than it is right off the highway and if you don’t want to fall asleep driving ( like me) and have no choice to stay here : the choice is yours. Learn from my mistakes, buy a cup of coffee, and keep going down the road to the Marriott.

Staybridge rooms are always nice. Good to have the living room and kitchen space. The staff was helpful. Breakfast is more than you would expect for a free hotel breakfast for sure. The indoor pool was clean and the area was nice. The pool water could have been a bit warmer. If your in the Poconos or Stroudsburg, especially with a family, this is a great place to stay.

The fact that this is a 3-star hotel boggles my mind. We must've been very unlucky with the room we were given. Our suite had clear water damage to the closet doors, a water-logged welcome paper on the bedside table, bathroom cabinet drawers unable to be fully shut, and a broken bathroom door that literally wouldn't allow you to shut the bathroom for privacy. Not to mention that the room smelled musty without circulating air and the fridge had someone else's container in there half-full with water. The only ice available there is at the soda fountain and there was no ice bucket provided. The stair doors also slam VERY loudly behind you, so if you get a room by the stairwell, beware.

This hotel is was a nice stay. I used 02 rooms for 04days. Large breakfast selection until 0930! Price was worth it. The staff as friendly and eager to help with any issues. Surely will used this location for future staysRooms: Clean spacious. The couches are worn a lot but pull out beds are cleanSafety: Clean establishment. Clean parking lot. It is next to highway and bus stationFood & drinks: Breakfast until 0930 meets all needs. Huge selection with snacks to purchase at desk 24/7Noteworthy details: The age is noticeably through hall ways, elevator, walls, and couches. It is a clean establishments. Propane grill in back for use. Kitchen and plates are perfect.

It was a good experience, pretty clean, not perfect. The bathroom door knob was falling off, and the pool was cold, and the water was a little dirty.Rooms: Room was pretty decent and cleanFood & drinks: Breakfast was included and was good.

This is my third year staying here. When checking in person at front desk could not find my reservation. She then gives us our room cards as we where entering the room the door was already latch from inside. Low and behold the room was already occupied by someone else. I told girl at front desk we reserved a room with two beds she gave us an attitude about the who process. We will not be staying here again.
