By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. First I had prescription orders sent from my doctor to the pharmacy and figured late afternoon pick up so I stopped by the pharmacy to check status and after she was unable to process my insurance information she informed me that I call the insurance company because they were too busy. So I went outside and called the insurance company and was informed they were processing my insurance information incorrectly, my insurance company called and corrected the issue on the pharmacy end. So I go back to the pharmacy and the same lady asked if I got it corrected my reply was that my insurance company had called them because they were processing the information incorrectly. So now everything is fine but no. She then informs me that the prescriptions are filled at a central location and it will take a few days to be filled citing that they are not emergency medications and I should call in a few days to check status. I am not a doctor but what constitutes emergency prescriptions? Severe hypertension? Severe hypothyroidism? High cholesterol? All of which these medications are used to regulate. Now if you are not on your prescription because you have none, I just wonder what constitutes an emergency prescription?

Like shopping here. Staff friendly and helpful. Their ice cream is great, with good variety and great pricing. More check out staff compared to self check outs would be nicer.

Went to Weis around 345pm today! Went to pay my PPL bill & heard screaming from an old handicap guy at customer service saying the old lady with very short gray hair with glasses was being rude to him and being disrespectful saying he wanted the manager but, I still proceeded to the line to pay my bill. When finally it was my turn I ask the lady I need to pay my PPL bill and said well you have to fill out a paper, I said ok where is the paper. She then rolled her eyes and pointed and I grabbed the paper. I asked her if she had a pen then she then THREW the pen on the counter and it was it for me. While the manager was talking to her about what the other customer said I proceeded to tell the manager and the employee that she does have a nasty attitude and I don’t know what her problem is but I didn’t do nothing to her. I decided there and then and I know the manager heard me say you know what I will go some where else!! Never will I ever go back there.

I stopped at this store. It is not my home store. I just wanted to pick up some meat, and I seem that they had reduced a big piece of beef and the original price was like $19 They put a reduced sticker on it. And said it was originally 30 and won it $22 for it. And I told him, I think you have the wrong sticker on here. And he's like, no, you have to pay that price. Which is the reduced price? And I said, well, it doesn't even match right with the original price. That is on the meat and he didn't care. He said. If I want it, then I buy it. But if not

I worked for Weis I know how they are suppose to do things there and I know that when it comes to the cookie for the kids if the bakery runs out of the cookies they are suppose to get more as long as they are open so when a child come to use there cookie card they can. I just stoped at the store to get some things and my child took the cookie card over and asked can very kindly , can I have a cookie please and the young girl said no sorry I’m all out. I looked at her and said I can see plenty of cookies here in the bakery she then replied no sorry all out. My child took her card and handed to me and was very sad my child said mommy that cookie would have made my day now I’m sad. I get it’s only a cookie to us adults but to a child the little things make there day so much happier and this girl at the bakery refused to get more though they had plenty of cookies there for the cookie club for the kids, she just didn’t seem to want to be bothered. Last time I check at Weis customers are suppose to come first. Guess not at this bakery.
